He is very knowledgeable and showed us the ins and outs of how everything works and went out of his way to physically show us how to take off the middle chair in the second row and how the rear seats fold back. He also explained everything and answered every question we asked. Great sense of humor, fun honest, (which is the most impressive to me). I’m also surprised to find he is willing to help us even after we bought the van. He told us and our son to call him anytime if we have questions or getting services done. After looking at my car he showed me some fluids that needed to be changed. I decided to go with the services and even though it was more than I expected to pay for I left feeling like my car was in great hands and getting the maintenance it needed!
