I've always had great experience with sevice at Tony Honda. I've been going there for 10 years. They are friendly and accomodating. Until my recent visit. First off I brought my car since it's AC wasn't Honda. I've been going there for 10 years. They are friendly and accomodating. Until my recent visit. First off I brought my car since it's AC wasn't cooling. I had Jayce as my service adviser. He informed me that I had a couple of leaks but they could order the parts and should arrive in 3 to 5 days. 6 days later I didn't get any phone calls regarding the status of the parts so I eventually called. Come to find out it's been there so I scheduled a service date. Day of service day I arrived 10 minutes before my appt time and quickly they took my car in. Since they were busy, I patiently waited for almost 45 minutes for my service advisor to call me (usual protocol) so he can inform me about my vehicle (how long it'll take to finish, cost and etc.) But I was never called so I went to find out who my service advisor was and it was Jayce. He was dismissive and I felt like he didnt want to deal with me. So I asked for a manager. Josh was kind enough to take care of the situation. But as my daughter and I were walking from Jayce's desk to Josh's, Jayce said "It's too early in the morning for me to be irritated like this!" I feel he shouldn't be working in customer service if his attitude is like that. If there was miscommunication in their part he should've just apologized. Never have I ever been treated in such a manner with the other service advisers. They were always nice and informative. More
My sales rep Kris Lum, his service was beyond what I expected. Provided excellent customer services all while trying to accommodate my needs, even during the inventory shortage. More than 2 hours for my first car service! Ridiculous! Our service advisor, Sean Kikuchi, is the most efficient and effective advisor that we've had over many many years that we've been with Tony Honda. He continues to give us worthy technical advice on how our and effective advisor that we've had over many many years that we've been with Tony Honda. He continues to give us worthy technical advice on how our Fit and Odyseey are doing and any possible upcoming repairs and replacements for future maintenance. He is trustworthy and works well as the bridge between our mechanics and us. He is such a pleasure doing business with courteous, customer-focused, and knowledgeable. His goal is to save us money and we feel this which is validated by the advice he gives. The only reason we continue to buy Hondas is that we know that once the sale is over, we have him to help us for the life of our car. Well done Sean!!! More
