I called the dealership last week to inquire about a certain car, i was transferred to Kris who immediate checked out their inventory and sent me a text from his number. All through out the week we were in contact until i was able to come check it out. All around very friendly staff compared to other dealerships i’ve gone too. I came by to test drive the car, and we immediately starting working numbers and he kept me updated through the whole process, because i had to leave for work. Last minute, my mom had to start shopping for a new car too so i sent her to Kris in hopes he could help both of us out. He did just that, today (9/23/21) we both walked out with new cars (pre owned for myself) and he got himself 2 sales! Couldnt have found a friendlier and down to earth guy to help us both out. 15/10 More
My service advisor, Sean Kikuchi, is the best! Whenever I have an urgent car repair need and there are no appointments available, he squeezes me into his schedule. He knows how important it is for me to have my car fixed right away. What's also amazing is that I can email him any reasonable time during his off work hours and he replies within 5 minutes. This shows me that he cares about his customers. I wish he had been my service advisor years ago when I had owned my 3 previous Honda vehicles. I know this now and will never go to another service advisor. I highly recommend you get to know Sean and he will take care of you too. Thanks Sean, for always taking care of me! More

He knew my grips ie: GM never calling me back, Service Rep being hostile Curtis seemed like a caring manager, but fails to pay attention to details. He knew my grips ie: GM never calling me back, Service Rep being hostile to me, delivering my car filthy, damage to my car when I got it back from service, asking to talk to the Honda rep he was corresponding with. The financed manager added things to the contract without even asking me, thinking I would care or notice it.He never addressed these details. He just said sorry. I have no confidence in this dealership. They have offered $3000 wort of accessories only if I purchase a new car, nothing for what I have already gone through except a full tank of gas and a car wash. I have cancelled my extended warranty. I had purchased 2 new cars on the same day and I have been treated with disrespect and inconsiderate managers and hostile associates. I have nothing good to say about this dealership or anyone that works there. More
