I originally had an appointment at Honda Windward for 7am today. When I wen to check in I was told they could not find my appointment for today 10/11/2021. Eventually they found it and said it was for 11am. today. When I wen to check in I was told they could not find my appointment for today 10/11/2021. Eventually they found it and said it was for 11am. I know I got a confirmation of the date and time. In stead of rectifying the issue they sent me away, I drove all the way from Mō’ili’ili to Kaneohe for my first oil change. I left fuming, when I got home I tried calling Tony Honda and they were able to squeeze me in right away. From start to finish this was overall a much better experience than Honda Windward. ITony Honda will be getting my service from today forward. More

He accommodated me without hesitation He explained clearly what services I can avail of as a customer who brought in a new vehicle from the mainland. I trusted his suggestions about getting a level of service commensurate to the mileage of my car which I failed to follow because I took a road trip in the mainland breaking it in. He would be one big reason for me to patronize Honda Service in the future. More
