They both had the same Civic lease special, but Pfluger was a little lower in monthly amounts. Anyway, I called both dealers around 9A. At Pfluger, the person was helpful and provided the necessary lease info on their special. At Tony, same thing, but Mike Demello, went beyond the call and after we ended our call, a email came my way within 20-minutes providing info on applying for financing online, etc. I filled in the online financing and got approved the next day on Sunday. A few follow-up calls from Mike on the current and upcoming lease specials will be and we set up the appoinment after my wife returned back into town and we came in yesterday. No wonder Mike Demello made 2012 top sales! Then before heading out to the dealership, Mike West called on our appointment and that he had a gift awaiting for us when we came in...Sure enough he greeted us! Tony matched Pflugers special lease monthly amount and Tony took in my 22-year old Pathfinder with 294,000 miles...Wow! He really gave me the best service experience I've had at Tony Honda thus far. Given the extent of repairs I needed, I knew I was in for a significant bill and was very concerned, but Andrew really went out of his way to help me with coupons and discounts. He really tried his best to give me the best deal he could for my service needs. I've never had a service consultant really go out of his way like Andrew did to give me the best deal he could while ensuring I still received top notch service. I've also never had my car washed for me before pick up before. I've been to Tony Honda before for maintenance and historically always received a credit to go to the car wash myself. The fact that Andrew went above and beyond to provide the best service possible and fully take care of my car and all its needs truly impressed me and really makes him stand out.
