We went over to the dealership to talk to him but he had gone home and we were greeted by John. He was not helpful. He didn't give me the impression that he wanted to help me. I almost felt like he didn't think I was going to buy anything so he didn't want to invest the time. After I left Tony that day I went to Honda Windward. They didn't have what I was looking for as far as used cars but they were very interested in gaining my business. The next day I received a call from Moi and he was very motivated to help me get the car I wanted. I scheduled an appointment with Hai for the next day and I'm really glad I did because he was very personable and was able to help me purchase the car I wanted. More

Andre is the best! He really takes care of his customers. He went out of his way to find the color that I wanted even though they sold the last 2 a few days earlier. Gary Hu whose son & my son play baseball togehter really helped us get on our way to our new car lease. Last Saturday, while I was awaiting for our sons baseball game to start, I was reading Friday's car ads in the newspaper and noticed two, Tony & Pfluger. They both had the same Civic lease special, but Pfluger was a little lower in monthly amounts. Anyway, I called both dealers around 9A. At Pfluger, the person was helpful and provided the necessary lease info on their special. At Tony, same thing, but Mike Demello, went beyond the call and after we ended our call, a email came my way within 20-minutes providing info on applying for financing online, etc. I filled in the online financing and got approved the next day on Sunday. A few follow-up calls from Mike on the current and upcoming lease specials will be and we set up the appoinment after my wife returned back into town and we came in yesterday. No wonder Mike Demello made 2012 top sales! Then before heading out to the dealership, Mike West called on our appointment and that he had a gift awaiting for us when we came in...Sure enough he greeted us! Tony matched Pflugers special lease monthly amount and Tony took in my 22-year old Pathfinder with 294,000 miles...Wow! I left the dealer knowing I've had a great service experience...from Gary to Mike Demello to Mike West. More
