Sean is very thorough and knows that we travel huge distances, and thinks/anticipates what issues we might face. This is our fifth Honda we purchased in the last 30 years, and the chief reason for buying it was that we could count on the reliable service that Sean and Tony Honda offers. My husband tries to drive the cars up to 200K miles and we've gotten pretty close with the previous cars. Keep him at your shop --- he's sharp and smart and very personable. We would be hard-pressed to get the same high quality of service at other places (yes, we've tried other dealers). More
Able to make an appointment ahead of time and also able to specify what kind of car/color I was looking for. Sean has always helped me with all my car needs. He explains to me in words I can understand, and not in "mechnical words" and shows me where the problem is and why it's causing the problem. He'll even will call my husband to let him know, "in mechanical words" what needs to be done, because by the time I need to explain it to my husband, I normally will criss-cross the explanation and say it all wrong. Sean rode in my car with me today so he can hear for himself, the weird sounds that I have been hearing while driving over bumpy roads. He knew exactly where to go so the car would make the same noises for him. When we got back, he showed me the problem and the cost it would be to replace the part. He also knows and tells me if it is an emergency type of job or something that can wait till the next oil change. He will let me know how long the job would take and offer me a "rent a car" or the shutte, if the job would be more than a day. My co-worker also owns a Honda CRV but a newer one. She asked me who my service guy was and I told her "Sean". He will take good care of you and since then, she has been seeing Sean and also very pleased with his service. More

The car spoke for itself. Exterior, interior and performance on the road was awesome. This was the perfect car for our family. The sales consultant, Kerry Kobayashi was outstanding. His customer service, knowledge, patience and great attitude was very comforting knowing just how stressful purchasing a new car can be. We intended to come into the dealership to just do a test drive. Kerry impressed us, as well as the 2013 Accord, so much that he had us sitting down to figure out a purchase price. I was amazed that we went from a test drive to about a few hours later being the proud owners of a brand new 2013 Accord. Thank you for a great experience and a great car. More
On my way to work on Feb 20th my light came on to check my tire pressure. By the time I left work my tire was flat. I put on the spare & drove straight to Tony Honda. It was around 4pm so I knew it may be hard to get service at that time of day. Andrew told me every one was getting off work but he checked with Kurtis, the Service Manager, who went out of his way to find a mechanic who stayed beyond his shift to fix my tire. I would like to send out a big Mahalo to Andrew ,Kurtis & especially to the mechanic who took care & his time to keep the Aloha spirit alive & well. Internet browsing can only get you so far. I needed to actually sit and test drive a car before leasing. Scott was very knowledgeable with the cars I was thinking about, and helped me whittle down what k actually sit and test drive a car before leasing. Scott was very knowledgeable with the cars I was thinking about, and helped me whittle down what kind of car I really needed. Allowing me to test drive both the Civic and Accord as well as sitting in a few of the other types of cars I was juggling allowed me to make my decision easier. He also was very knowledgeable with many of the cars features and the pricing. After signing my lease Scott also went over the various car features again such as syncing my phone. Curtis was very friendly and explained the various paperwork quite easily. Maybe through all the document signing and credit check it took roughly an hour which is much faster than I thought. My browsing took longer than I anticipated and both Scott and Curtis were very expedient with the paperwork after knowing I had an appointment to keep elsewhere. More
I visited the dealership several times...I didn't feel rushed into making a decision, unlike other places I visited. I'm an internet person, so I look a lot at websites.
