Andrew Jameson was an absolutely awesome service adviser. I brought in my Honda for a 75,000 maintenance check and unfortunately found that there were many other problems and related necessary repairs. Andrew was wonderful and kept me in the loop on the status of my car, made sure I had a rental car on reserve when I needed to leave my car at Tony Honda overnight, assisted me with obtaining coupons for my car service and even came in on his day off to make sure my car was ready and had it washed and ready for me to pick up. He really gave me the best service experience I've had at Tony Honda thus far. Given the extent of repairs I needed, I knew I was in for a significant bill and was very concerned, but Andrew really went out of his way to help me with coupons and discounts. He really tried his best to give me the best deal he could for my service needs. I've never had a service consultant really go out of his way like Andrew did to give me the best deal he could while ensuring I still received top notch service. I've also never had my car washed for me before pick up before. I've been to Tony Honda before for maintenance and historically always received a credit to go to the car wash myself. The fact that Andrew went above and beyond to provide the best service possible and fully take care of my car and all its needs truly impressed me and really makes him stand out. He is someone I would definitely like to continue working with. I plan to continue to seek Andrew's assistance in the future for any services needs I have related to my Honda. He is truly an asset to the Tony Honda dealership and I look forward to working with him again in the future. More
The staff was friendly and was a kept dealership. I decided to get a Honda because I know they are reliable cars. Has my car oil changed at a Midas only because they are right next to where I work. Found out one of my tires had a bubble, and needed to be replaced ASAP. Was gonna be charged $200. I informed him of my road hazard coverage and he took care of the rest,hassle free! Best experience with a dealer ever! They replaced my tire without a penny coming from out of pocket. I highly praise Andrew for his customer service and overall attitude. If doing seervice, ask for him, he'll take care of you. Thank you Andrew! THE BEST! More
