Allowing me to test drive both the Civic and Accord as well as sitting in a few of the other types of cars I was juggling allowed me to make my decision easier. He also was very knowledgeable with many of the cars features and the pricing. After signing my lease Scott also went over the various car features again such as syncing my phone. Curtis was very friendly and explained the various paperwork quite easily. Maybe through all the document signing and credit check it took roughly an hour which is much faster than I thought. My browsing took longer than I anticipated and both Scott and Curtis were very expedient with the paperwork after knowing I had an appointment to keep elsewhere. More

I went into Tony Honda today to look at the Honda Fit, which I ended up purchasing. I was greeted by a sales consultant, Bryan Juan, who ended up assisting me with most of my purchase and trade-in transac which I ended up purchasing. Bryan is relatively new to the dealership but I would never have guessed as he was so personable and knowledgeable about the car and I felt completely comfortable talking with him. He didn't hassle or pressure me at all. Since I was referred to the dealership I briefly met with Larry Moody and Mike West and was given really great pricing. Larry and Mike were just as friendly, welcoming and helpful as Bryan. Buying a car is a long process with lots of paperwork to go over and sign so needless to say I was pretty exhausted by the time I met with Marco Gonzales for financing. Like the other guys Marco was friendly and answered my financing questions easily. After taking care of all of the sales and trade-in paperwork and getting my insurance documentation squared away, Bryan brought my newly detailed car around front and I was on my way. Brought my car in for repairs. Was met by and helped by Danny Zabresky. Could not get a loaner car but Danny asked me to call back the next morning.
