My experience with getting my car serviced was outstanding. Assistant service manager Andrew Jameson not only was friendly and helpful, he was professional and came through with everything he pro outstanding. What a great experience it was to deal with such a professional and knowledgeable sales person as Iven Cunanan. He did everything in his power to make my purchase of a 2013 Honda Fit sport a pleasurab professional and knowledgeable sales person as Iven Cunanan. He did everything in his power to make my purchase of a 2013 Honda Fit sport a pleasurable one. Iven is by far the most friendliest, courtious sales person I have ever delt with. Because he is so friendly yet professional, he is able to make the customer feel very comfortable. And when all is said and done and you drive off in your new car ,he follows up with a phone call to make sure nothing was overlooked and you are completely satisfied. I may have purchased my Honda from another dealership, but I will always use Tony Honda. I came in for a routine oil change. At the time of making the appointment, Sean asked if I was going to wait. I told him that I would. Sean then told me that he would put me down for Express service. I really do appreciate that as I hate waiting! As I was waiting, Sean said that a routine check showed that my brake rotors had to be changed out. He explained everything that needed to be done, estimation of cost, and again asked if I wanted to wait. This man is the best! Sean made sure that I was informed of what was going on. When I decided to walk across the street to get a snack, he made sure to have my phone number so he could call me if my car was done. The service technician that worked on my car was immaculate & my car came out looking exactly how it went in. When I paid, I also got a coupon for a free standard car wash. Deal! Again, this may not be the most convenient dealership, but the value & the service people are hard to beat! I would recommend Tony Honda Service to everyone! More

Our experience was great at the dealership because of our sales person Bryan Juan with the support of other staff. Bryan was very friendly, personable and patient. We were initially looking at and comparin sales person Bryan Juan with the support of other staff. Bryan was very friendly, personable and patient. We were initially looking at and comparing different vehicles and we returned to Honda two to three times before making the final purchase. We were surprised at how knowledgable Bryan was since he had only started at the dealership about 4 months ago. When we decided to purchase the vehicle Bryan was very knowledgeable about the purchase and was very up front with us. During the process we were able to work together to come to a final purchase. For us it does come down to the experience and the person you are working with whether you were initially going to purchase that vehicle or not. The experience and the attitude of the sales people you work with could make the difference in whether you purchase the vehicle or not even if you initially wanted to purchase the vehicle. I was very surprised at the finance process. The finance manager was very organized and efficient. I had made it known that since we had been there awhile (several hours) already going through the purchase negotiation process and the accessory purchase process that I really wanted the finance process to go quickly. The finance manager made that happen and it was a very quick and smooth process. Although I rate the overall experience great the accessory purchase process is the one area I would recommend improvement on. Some customers may come in based on an advertisement on a car and what the monthly payments would be. After the purchase negotiation process you go through the accessory purchase process then the finance process which involves purchasing of a warranty. Although these items, accessories and warranty are optional, these are things the customer needs to support what they have invested in their new vehicle. By purchasing these items their monthly payments increase or the have to foot the funds out of their pocket which in reality they cannot do. Instead of having to negotiate the cost of accessories and increasing the time the customer is at the dealership I think all customers who purchase a new vehicle be provided a standard discount (25%) on all accessories if purchased at that time. I believe this would be positive for both the customer and the dealership. The accessory negotiation process was good but not great. If we had received a standard discount we would have actually purchased more accessories. Due to the added cost to our vehicle purchase I had to make choices between accessories that I really wanted to support my new vehicle. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Tony Honda to anyone and recommend Bryan Juan as the salesperson. More

Wade is AWESOME... I only want to see him when I take my van in for servicing because he is always "straight-up" with me and will tell me in (what I truly believe to be) his honest opinion whether I need so van in for servicing because he is always "straight-up" with me and will tell me in (what I truly believe to be) his honest opinion whether I need something fixed now or can wait until next servicing or some other future time period. He will also give me a fair estimate of the costs I am looking at so that I can prepare for the upcoming expense. He is a sweet guy - and cute too ;o) More
