I visited TH initially to get an appraisal for my 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid. Pat walked me through the lot and showed me the 2013 Honda Fits, which I was contemplating purchasing if the price and appraisal for my vehicle were right. We sat down and began the negotiating process with Moi (sales manager). I cannot over-emphasize how fair they were and how willing they were to make the numbers work for me. The discussions, which were lengthy, never got heated and were friendly; neither salesman put pressure on me to close the deal. In the end, Moi was able to work with my budget and gave me an offer that I could not refuse. I really appreciated the honesty and willingness to meet halfway during negotiations to create a win-win scenario for everyone involved. This is a great team that I would recommend to my military friends or anyone who wants a fair deal when purchasing a new Honda. More

I trust Sean completely and knows he wouldn't charge me or add on things I didn't need. We both know the year of my car (2003) and how much I love my "old" but faithful car so I'll spend the monies on fixing the old girl up until there is no life left in her. I have a part-time job that I gives me a BMW paid for but why would I want one when I can get a Honda which is a realiable car and the service is unbeatable!! Service is a big part of the package deal, if you don't have a person that would help you, isn't knowledgeable or sincere about their job then you have nothing.... Sean is the BIG reason why I stay with Honda... I would highly recommend Honda and Sean for his service and friendly attitude. More

Being a woman, I'm always skeptical of handling car repairs myself- being afraid I'll be taken advantage of. However, I was so relieved and happy to find the opposite experience at Tony Honda! I had to bring in our 3 year old mini-van for warranty work on our alternator and battery. Because the warranty was purchased with the vehicle back in Georgia, it was not easy to get ahold of them for the warranty payment- but Andrew Jameson made everything happen and more for an awesome experience. I have 3 young children, and Andrew ensured the repairs happened as quickly as possible, with the least amount of waiting time. Everyone at Tony Honda was friendly and the customer service goes above and beyond my expectations. More

When we purchased the van on 3/3/13, everyone person that we dealt with at Tony Honda was very friendly and helpful (Mike West, Mike DeMello & Curtis Matsumoto). Mike and Curtis walked us through the steps and also let us know what the delays were. They understood that we were with our children (ages 3 and 9) who were getting impatient. My experience with getting my car serviced was outstanding.
