It was easy to book a service appointment from their website. I arrived about half an hour early for my appointment (didn't know how traffic would be)and Andrew greeted me and was so friendly from the website. Because the service would only be a couple of hours, I decided to wait with my 3 year old son, and I didn't have to worry about removing car seats. Both Sean Kikuchi and Andrew Jameson are great service consultant. They are both friendly and I had best customer experience. I recently purchased a extended warranty on my car and without having that w consultant. They are both friendly and I had best customer experience. I recently purchased a extended warranty on my car and without having that warranty covered, I would have paid a lot on my repairs. I would recommend anyone that is planning to keep their car to purchased that extended warranty and to have Andrew Jameson work with them on handling with type of service. His experience and knowledge handling the warranty company really paid off. He was able to cover my expenses for two services that I had within this past year. Without his knowledge and also his great customer service, I don't think that I would have purchased the extended warranty plan. Tony Honda employees have been very friendly and great customer service that I would recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle to purchase their new car at Tony Honda. More
