Once we pulled into the parking lot and got out of the car, John Kawamura asked us if we needed any help. At first we were just looking around for a possible car. He even convinced us to test drive one of the cars I was interested in. We then told him that we were trying to trade in my old car and we explained to him about our situation. He said he can help us out and make sure we get a good deal. So we got our car and came back. Once we came in, he had someone take a look at my car and from there, they tried to work out a deal. Once we filled out all the paperwork, John went to his manager to work out a deal. John then took us to the manager and told us there was great news for us. They said they would not be able to get the car we wanted because it will make our trade off upside down and he was happy to explain that to us, so they went ahead and recommended we get another car that will be a better deal for us. John took us to test drive the car and it turned out perfect for me. When we finished test driving, they got the process started. Scott Matsuoka then helped us with the rest of the paperwork. He was very helpful with our questions. Both John and Scott answered the questions we had for them. They both were very happy to tell us about the car. In all the experiences I have had with buying a car, this was the first dealership that had their employees talk us through how to operate the car. He explained the features to me so i would not be confused while I am driving it. If we ever decide to get a car, or have any friends who want a car, I would highly recommend this dealership to them. This was by far the best and friendliest dealership we ever had. They are all more than willing to help out the customers when they need help. More
