Being a long time Honda owner - mine is a 1999 Honda Civic EX - I have come to expect a certain quality of service upon taking my car in for work. I am disappointed in Tony Honda - maybe they are different on the mainland in their checks of all of my fluids, systems, etc. - I do not know. My car has been dealership maintained since the day I purchased it. While my oil change only took about 30 minutes (fastest I have ever had an oil change done) I know for a fact they did not check any of my fluids, tires, parking break or any of the other things that I have come to expect from dealership service. The service tech who pulled my car around after the oil change did not know that I was sitting outside when he came flying past and then parked my car. It was pretty obvious he was ready to be done with my oil change. The advisor was great, however they have not recommended ANY of the scheduled services since I have been taking my car there - it has been almost 2 1/2 years!! VERY disappointed in this "dealership". I plan on taking my old Honda back to the mainland with me early next year and I cannot wait to get it back into a real dealership that will love the old girl as much as I do. More
I hadn't shopped for a car for over a decade so felt like I needed to do my homework first. After having very good experiences with Daniel at Nissan and Ken at Hyundai I was pretty well set on a new Tuc like I needed to do my homework first. After having very good experiences with Daniel at Nissan and Ken at Hyundai I was pretty well set on a new Tucson. That was until as an after thought Ken asked Andre to show me the Honda. When Andre showed me all of the reasons I should consider the CRV over the rest, I was done. The funniest thing is that the CRV wasn't even on my list of cars to look at. Another thing I was very impressed with was how Andre made me feel like I was working with family. He was never pushy, answered all of my questions (and believe me there were plenty) and was very genuine. I would have been happy doing business with either Daniel or Ken but I am thankful to have ended up meeting Andre and choosing the CRV. A few things that did not impress me was the manager Curtis and some girl they had pushing accessories. For one thing Curtis said that he didn't even know how to explain something that he was trying to sell me. When I questioned him about it, he says that it was confusing to explain because of legal terms? Hopefully this is an isolated event or does he think customers are born yesterday? As for the accessory pusher, Andre mentioned to me afterwards when I told him about her that she was on the new side. It made me feel a little better at the time. Upon further consideration I am still not pleased. I just agreed to spend $30,000 on a new car and should frivolously agree on a whim to spend more money on things that I never even considered. Hopefully someone trains her that no means NO. On a happy note I am super happy with my CRV and glad that the Tony Group has all of the options to look at the same time. If not I'd most likely be driving a Tucson. lol More

Andre took his time to show us the Honda Odessey and to show us ALL of the features the car had. When it came time to talk numbers, he took his time and did not pressure us at all. He was very patient with us and didn't pressure us at all. At the end, we chose to purchase our car vs. leasing. VERY FRIENDLY! Would recommend to everyone!!! More
I went in for a Safety Check. I had forgotten the paperwork, Joshua told me exactly what I needed and it was taken care of immediately! In this particular visit I mentioned to Joshua that my IMA lig paperwork, Joshua told me exactly what I needed and it was taken care of immediately! In this particular visit I mentioned to Joshua that my IMA light had come on. He told me he had someone who could take a look at it. When I returned Joshua had ordered my new part, told me it was covered under warranty and he would call me later on in the week to come in. He called on a Thursday afternoon, car was taken in on Friday morning and returned to me Friday afternoon, GOOD AS NEW! Joshua explained the problem, took care of the problem and WAS SO NICE throughout the whole process. I will definitely be recommending Tony Honda to anyone and everyone. All staff is always professional and personable! I never have anxiety bringing my car in and I get a free car wash! Great HONDA service. More
Overall, this was an awesome experience. The salesman I worked with (Mike Demello) was very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, the finance manager Marco Gonzales did a great job of walking through the financials with me, and explaining what each charge and percentage stood for, as well as helping me to feel assured that I was signing up for something that I completely understood and could afford. Most importantly, I love my new car! More
