I was looking to trade my car in, so I called tony Honda and the associate that I spoke with said that it would be better if I sold my car privately. He helped me trade in my car, which I thought was not possible. Now I'm driving the car I want and I'm so happy with it. I had a great experience and my time at tony honda was really worth while. I am upset with the service I got. The second me and my husband walked in, it was fishy. Marco is a horrible finance and insurance manager and shouldn't be allowed to work there. He doesn't care about his customers. He sold us a warranty after we told him twice that we didn't want it. So I went in to cancel it and he still tried to get me to wait a month so he would get paid. Sorry, but I'm not stupid. He tried every trick in the book not to give me the contract number for Honda care so that I could cancel it. Last time I checked, you are suppose to help the customers, not trick them and rip them off. And not to mention trying to rip off a solider and his family.This place is a joke and so are the workers. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, ever. More

My husband and I went in today, not expecting to buy a car, but Tracie and the Honda staff were so friendly and accommodating that we couldn't not pass up the offer.
