I have always been satisfied with the servicing of my car. Wade Szameitat has always been courteous and friendly and I can consider him a good friend there. I was looking to trade my car in, so I called tony Honda and the associate that I spoke with said that it would be better if I sold my car privately. I decided to go there anyway to look at cars and see wh and the associate that I spoke with said that it would be better if I sold my car privately. I decided to go there anyway to look at cars and see what other options I might have. Hai, is an excellent salesman. He's friendly, knowledgable, helpful and patient. He helped me trade in my car, which I thought was not possible. Now I'm driving the car I want and I'm so happy with it. I had a great experience and my time at tony honda was really worth while. I would definitely refer him to my family and friends. I hope he'll still be there to help me if I need to buy another car in the future. More

I am upset with the service I got. The second me and my husband walked in, it was fishy. Marco is a horrible finance and insurance manager and shouldn't be allowed to work there. All he is worried about is husband walked in, it was fishy. Marco is a horrible finance and insurance manager and shouldn't be allowed to work there. All he is worried about is making money. He doesn't care about his customers. He sold us a warranty after we told him twice that we didn't want it. So I went in to cancel it and he still tried to get me to wait a month so he would get paid. Sorry, but I'm not stupid. He tried every trick in the book not to give me the contract number for Honda care so that I could cancel it. Last time I checked, you are suppose to help the customers, not trick them and rip them off. And not to mention trying to rip off a solider and his family.This place is a joke and so are the workers. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, ever. More

My husband and I went in today, not expecting to buy a car, but Tracie and the Honda staff were so friendly and accommodating that we couldn't not pass up the offer. At first, we didn't think we could aff car, but Tracie and the Honda staff were so friendly and accommodating that we couldn't not pass up the offer. At first, we didn't think we could afford the car we wanted, but Tracie was able to negotiate with us and in the end we left with a brand new Honda Pilot, my very first car. I would definitely recommend Tracie and the Tony Honda group to all! More
