After looking at other cars at Tony Honda, my wife really wanted a Honda Pilot. My uncle Calixto who works at Tony Nissan, recommended Iven Cunanan. My gf and I were shopping for a small suv, so we went to the Honda dealership in Waipahu. When we got out of our car, we were greeted by this kinda big,shaved head local guy. He introduced himself as Dustin and I was surprise with the firm hand shake. Dustin was so nice and polite to me and my gf Jesse, he helped us pick out a Honda CRV and was very professional during the test drive. It was such an amazing experience with him sitting next to me during the test drive, and showing me all the switches and buttons. I feel safe and relax with Mr. Dustin during the test drive, because he was not pushy, and was very willing to help me out when we sat together in the showroom doing the paper work. The rest is history, finance manager was quick and professional. We got the car that we wanted, and me and my gf were out in less than four hours from start to finish. I'm going to recommend Dustin for his service, because it was a five star service, can't even get this kind of service at the massage parlor lol, thank you again. More

My day (Monday August 12, 2013) started with a call to Tony Honda in Waipahu, Hawaii. Ms. Lillian answered with a pleasant and caring voice. I asked if sales consultant Jason Lee was available? She informed me that Jason no longer works at Tony Honda and if I would like to speak with another consultant? I explained that Jason was very professional, caring and fair with me on my current lease and that I would expect the same from another consultant. Ms. Lillian said to come in and we’ll go from there. I arrived early afternoon and spoke with Ms. Lillian who referred me to sales consultant Mr. Steve “Woody” Wood. Woody as he prefers to be called, met with me and right away as he looked me in the eye and shook my hand, I knew he would be similar to Mr. Jason Lee in that he would be very professional, caring and fair. Woody was all of this and more. He really seemed interested in me and my needs. He first sat me down, listened to what my needs were and he came up with a game plan. The first quote was more than I could afford for my current budget and then Woody asked me additional qualifying questions that would still meet my purchase needs. As we worked through these questions and concerns with my budget being the most important, Woody was able to come to the table with an excellent offer that I found hard to refuse. The offer met my budget needs and gave me additional benefits I wasn’t expecting. I applaud Ms. Lillian for her insight in introducing me to Woody and Woody for his professionalism, care and fairness in helping me with an excellent deal.
