Both Sean Kikuchi and Andrew Jameson are great service consultant. They are both friendly and I had best customer experience. I recently purchased a extended warranty on my car and without having that warranty covered, I would have paid a lot on my repairs. I would recommend anyone that is planning to keep their car to purchased that extended warranty and to have Andrew Jameson work with them on handling with type of service. His experience and knowledge handling the warranty company really paid off. He was able to cover my expenses for two services that I had within this past year. Without his knowledge and also his great customer service, I don't think that I would have purchased the extended warranty plan. Tony Honda employees have been very friendly and great customer service that I would recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle to purchase their new car at Tony Honda. More

I have never had an issue with the service this dealership provides. From the moment the operator picks up her phone, she's ready to find the best appointment time for me with never any wait times dealership provides. Andrew Jameson and Daniel Zabresky have helped me in the past year and a half that I have been in island with all my service needs for my 2010 Odyssey Touring; from regular maintenance to buying new tires. I must say that both their personality and excellent customer service skills far exceeded my expectations. Both are always courteous, helpful, respectful, answer all of my questions and go beyond their way to make me feel like a valued customer. The dealership is lucky to have them working there, since due to their excellent service I will never take my van anywhere else. More

I was very pleased with the excellent service I got from Wade. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgable and very professional. My car was serviced and returned in a reasonable time. I was looking to trade my car in, so I called tony Honda and the associate that I spoke with said that it would be better if I sold my car privately. I decided to go there anyway to look at cars and see wh and the associate that I spoke with said that it would be better if I sold my car privately. I decided to go there anyway to look at cars and see what other options I might have. Hai, is an excellent salesman. He's friendly, knowledgable, helpful and patient. He helped me trade in my car, which I thought was not possible. Now I'm driving the car I want and I'm so happy with it. I had a great experience and my time at tony honda was really worth while. I would definitely refer him to my family and friends. I hope he'll still be there to help me if I need to buy another car in the future. More
I am upset with the service I got. The second me and my husband walked in, it was fishy. Marco is a horrible finance and insurance manager and shouldn't be allowed to work there. He doesn't care about his customers. He sold us a warranty after we told him twice that we didn't want it. So I went in to cancel it and he still tried to get me to wait a month so he would get paid. Sorry, but I'm not stupid. He tried every trick in the book not to give me the contract number for Honda care so that I could cancel it. Last time I checked, you are suppose to help the customers, not trick them and rip them off. And not to mention trying to rip off a solider and his family.This place is a joke and so are the workers. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, ever. More
