I came in looking for a used car. Elmo listened to my vehicle needs and directed me toward a new Honda Civic. He shared the benefits of the new civic, but I was still set on buying a used car. Jokingly, I pointed at a car at a distance and said "whose car is that, I would consider that one".... Elmo said "that's for sale". He went to grab the key, but came back and apologized that someone way already buying it. My fiance and I was literally in our car driving off as Elmo came rushing out of the office making a key turning motion. He explained that the buyer didn't qualify and if I would like to take a test drive and take a better look at the car. Which I did and now am the owner of a 2010 Honda Civic. What was nice about Elmo is even though I did say I was looking for a used car... He wasn't pushy to show me the new one the way he asks you to consider it and shares the benefits which match my needs was really nice. I still didn't buy the new but I felt comfortable to consider it and would be happy to refer others to him. More
