I was looking to trade my car in, so I called tony Honda and the associate that I spoke with said that it would be better if I sold my car privately. My husband and I went in today, not expecting to buy a car, but Tracie and the Honda staff were so friendly and accommodating that we couldn't not pass up the offer. I pay a little more for the convenience (location), the speediness of service, the quality of work, and the guarantee.They always go above and beyond, explaining things, not trying to sell me things I don't need, being honest. All of that is MORE than worth the small price difference over Sears. Always going above and beyond, I was referred to Tony Honda by Sears Automotive when they couldn't fix my ball bearing in my Fit. They had been recommending I get a few things fixed on the car besides that, and the folks at Tony told me that I didn't need to have that part replaced yet, saving me several hundred dollars. They also fixed our Honda Accord's front end. They went above and beyond, buffing out the scratches that weren't even ON the front bumper. I will not go anywhere else! Why I have given this rating is because this is the first time I have felt like any dealer has tried to be on my side of my car problem. Andrew said all the right things and offered just the right options to our mutually arriving at a solution that was fair to me, resulted in the dealer making a fair profit, and got me back on the road in a timely fashion. Andrew thought the "stars" were aligned just right but I know differently, Andrew was being a professional who had taken the time to learn all the possible solutions, pros and cons, and then served them up to me so that I could pick a fix that was satisfactory to me.
