Andrew introduced himself with a welcoming smile and eagerness to help, offered the shuttle/wait area, and that he'd notify when my car was finished. Speedy yet great service! My family has been with Tony Honda for awhile now, with Danny being the person who sold me my car. Danny never fails to check on up when he sees my family come in for service. Always nice, asking about how the car is, and how things are going. Both were very accommodating to our needs. Just don't forget the service history logbook, as I like to keep things in line. I would recommend anyone that is planning to keep their car to purchased that extended warranty and to have Andrew Jameson work with them on handling with type of service. His experience and knowledge handling the warranty company really paid off. He was able to cover my expenses for two services that I had within this past year. Without his knowledge and also his great customer service, I don't think that I would have purchased the extended warranty plan. Tony Honda employees have been very friendly and great customer service that I would recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle to purchase their new car at Tony Honda. More
