Andrew introduced himself with a welcoming smile and eagerness to help, offered the shuttle/wait area, and that he'd notify when my car was finished. Speedy yet great service! I don't know if all employees do this but he also attached a Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection Checklist, which was new to me, but it was nice to see the attention that was payed to my car. Andrew had a very energetic personality that shined through his customer service and job at Tony Honda. My family has been with Tony Honda for awhile now, with Danny being the person who sold me my car. Danny never fails to check on up when he sees my family come in for service. Always nice, asking about how the car is, and how things are going. Both were very accommodating to our needs. Just don't forget the service history logbook, as I like to keep things in line. The car would not have came with it if it was not important. Keep doing your thing Tony Honda. Mahalo for providing the light refreshments as well! =D More
Both Sean Kikuchi and Andrew Jameson are great service consultant. They are both friendly and I had best customer experience. I recently purchased a extended warranty on my car and without having that warranty covered, I would have paid a lot on my repairs. I would recommend anyone that is planning to keep their car to purchased that extended warranty and to have Andrew Jameson work with them on handling with type of service. His experience and knowledge handling the warranty company really paid off. He was able to cover my expenses for two services that I had within this past year. Without his knowledge and also his great customer service, I don't think that I would have purchased the extended warranty plan. Tony Honda employees have been very friendly and great customer service that I would recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle to purchase their new car at Tony Honda. More

Andrew Jameson and Daniel Zabresky have helped me in the past year and a half that I have been in island with all my service needs for my 2010 Odyssey Touring; from regular maintenance to buying new tires. I must say that both their personality and excellent customer service skills far exceeded my expectations. Both are always courteous, helpful, respectful, answer all of my questions and go beyond their way to make me feel like a valued customer. The dealership is lucky to have them working there, since due to their excellent service I will never take my van anywhere else. More
