It was easy to book a service appointment from their website. I arrived about half an hour early for my appointment (didn't know how traffic would be)and Andrew greeted me and was so friendly from the website. Andrew introduced himself with a welcoming smile and eagerness to help, offered the shuttle/wait area, and that he'd notify when my car was finished. Speedy yet great service! I don't know if all employees do this but he also attached a Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection Checklist, which was new to me, but it was nice to see the attention that was payed to my car. Andrew had a very energetic personality that shined through his customer service and job at Tony Honda. My family has been with Tony Honda for awhile now, with Danny being the person who sold me my car. Danny never fails to check on up when he sees my family come in for service. Always nice, asking about how the car is, and how things are going. Both were very accommodating to our needs. Just don't forget the service history logbook, as I like to keep things in line.
