We went in to look at new and used cars and price compare, with a trade-in for one of our current vehicles. We met Ray, who helped us by asking if we had a type of car targeted, what our "must-have"s compare, with a trade-in for one of our current vehicles. We met Ray, who helped us by asking if we had a type of car targeted, what our "must-have"s were as well as our "wish list", and if we were interested in new or used or both. We looked at several types of cars, and eliminated some styles based on what our family needed and could use. Ray listened to us and never pushed us toward a vehicle that we didn't want or had features we had already decided were not as useful to us. He also took us for a test-drive, and was never pushy. Neither of us felt rushed or pressured. We asked him lots of questions, and he was so honest that if he didn't know the answer to something 100%, he deferred the question very graciously and said he didn't know but would find out for us (and he did, once we got back to the dealership). We found out a lot about Honda that night, in fact, and it was eye-opening, as we both were loyal to other makers before this. Neither of us knew that Honda had just won a 2012 award for example, or that it got such good mileage on non-hybrid/non-electric cars. Neither of us had any idea about the cabin space, which was surprising and very nice. We were also assisted by senior sales rep Matt Chong, who helped Ray answer other questions we had. We came in at the end of a sales day, on a Saturday, and ended up staying even after closing. However, neither Ray nor Matt made us feel as though we were imposing and were very helpful and friendly. Both answered questions we had, as well as asking us things that were needed to make sure the sale was smooth and complete. Matt also was very honest, ensuring we didn't buy a family vehicle that we didn't need or want. Ray even knew about the history of the dealership's family and how it was purchased! Amazing! We were offered drinks and even some help with a little TV distraction for our toddler. There was also a kiddie play area for our 3-year old, which was terrific in terms of helping out a tired toddler and parents! Matt made the credit application smooth and simple, as well as taking care of our trade-in. Although we didn't get what we had hoped for in the trade-in value (and probably no older model vehicle owner ever does, but we all think we should, I guess), he did explain the reasons why the value was listed as it was, and helped us understand the factors involved. We really appreciated this, as some people don't take the time to explain--we never felt "cheated" or deceived, because of the way he handled what were less than huge trade-in numbers. Matt was just amazing, even helping us pair a phone with the car's integrated Bluetooth and staying late to make sure we had everything transferred from our trade-in to our new car! Not just a sales experience; more a high-end concierge feel and provided total customer care. Outstanding service; just a really terrific representative of the company name. Went above and beyond, and we would recommend him for any sale. We worked with Marco for financing, and he also was gracious and professional from start to finish, making sure we understood which documents to bring in to finalise the trade-in and sale. He allowed us to email some supporting documentation that night, and we brought in other documents in the next few days, and he was available for it all and also available to answer any questions. After the decision to purchase, we were helped by representative Aaron Chan, who worked with us to see if we needed or wanted any accessories. He was also very kind and helpful, and gave us detailed information that we could never have learned from any book. He even got up and showed us how a particular type of protective trim looked in person, since he knew it was on one of the dealership's cars! The printed book version just didn't do it justice, and on seeing what it actually was, we decided to add it to our dealer-installed items. Aaron helped us by asking us what we'd be using the car primarily for, what we'd mostly be carrying, etc.--things that a tired couple of parents might not have thought of at the end of a long day and a sale. He was even able to discuss with us pricing on tinting, and knew the tint shops that we frequented and their pricing, so we could compare! All in all, we did add several accessories to our purchase, thanks to his help. We are confident that the accessories we purchased will help the car hold its value and reduce the amount of times we'd need to use our insurance deductible for dings/paint chips, etc. Again, we never felt pressured or pushed in any way to make the decisions we did. It was more like talking about our purchase with someone who just knew a lot about the items and wanted to help us do what we wanted to do with the car. In total, we were there for about 3 hours that night, and we walked out with a new car. If we had met with other sales representatives, we don't know if that would have been the case--we might have deferred the decision to another time. While it's true that Honda vehicles do in a sense sell themselves, sales representatives can make or break a sale, too. We would whole-heartedly recommend Matt and Ray for vehicle purchases, and for those who are gunshy about dealer financing, we would say to please try working with Marco, as he was wonderful. We would definitely recommend Aaron for discussing dealer-installed accessories to a vehicle. Ray, Matt, Aaron, and Marco were all so professional, so knowledgeable, and so gracious to our entire family, that we decided to finally pull the trigger that night and purchase from them. We both felt that we were getting a good deal from a trustworthy group of folks, who would make sure we were taken care of, and to whom we could return for future purchases. More

Excellent overall service. The web site allowed for me to provide all the credit information so they could crunch the numbers, run my report and pre-approve me for the purchase prior to me even coming to the provide all the credit information so they could crunch the numbers, run my report and pre-approve me for the purchase prior to me even coming to the dealership. The only problem was that there was a small blemish on the drivers side door that had been touched up with "touch up paint". I also did not receive any floor mats with the vehicle. I ordered some "All Weather" floor mats on line but felt that the vehicle should of came with the basic carpeted floor mats. My overall experience was excellent and I plan to trade in a vehicle and shop here again. More
Kerry Kobayashi was very attentive to my needs wrt Car choices. My first choice was the Civic and my second choice was the Fit. He showed me the two cars and the differences in features. At the end of the transaction he went beyond--above, by showing me how the different features works in the car i.e. Bluetooth pairing phone, audio and menu setup.
