Excellent overall service. The web site allowed for me to provide all the credit information so they could crunch the numbers, run my report and pre-approve me for the purchase prior to me even coming to the provide all the credit information so they could crunch the numbers, run my report and pre-approve me for the purchase prior to me even coming to the dealership. The only problem was that there was a small blemish on the drivers side door that had been touched up with "touch up paint". I also did not receive any floor mats with the vehicle. I ordered some "All Weather" floor mats on line but felt that the vehicle should of came with the basic carpeted floor mats. My overall experience was excellent and I plan to trade in a vehicle and shop here again. More
Kerry Kobayashi was very attentive to my needs wrt Car choices. My first choice was the Civic and my second choice was the Fit. He showed me the two cars and the differences in features. At the end of the transaction he went beyond--above, by showing me how the different features works in the car i.e. Bluetooth pairing phone, audio and menu setup. Whenever I go to Honda to take my van in for service, I always receive excellent service.
