I received an outstanding service experience from Marlon. My 2009 Honda S2000 soft-top was developing tears from friction with the sub-frame. While there is a service bulletin which addresses the issue, my particular VIN was not covered. This would mean that I would have to pay close to 4000$ for both parts and labor in order to fix the problem. Thankfully, Marlon went above and beyond expectations by helping me to contact Honda of America in order to receive goodwill consideration. With his assistance, Honda of America helped to cover much of the costs for my repair. I now have a beautiful new fully-functioning soft-top all thanks to Marlon. Thank you so MUCH!!!!! More

I've been going to Tony Honda many years to service my Honda's over the years. I've had several Honda's over the years and all of them have been serviced for oil change to tires to batteries. Dealing with Sean is an absolute pleasure as he is also courteous and very prompt. There is nothing I would change to improve service. I do miss the snacks/treats that were once there... ;) More
We were warmly greeted by Steve at the door of the showroom, and immediately felt we were in the right place to make such a significant purchase. We were looking for many particular details in our new showroom, and immediately felt we were in the right place to make such a significant purchase. We were looking for many particular details in our new car-to-be, and it wasn't going to be easy to meet our requirements. It was wonderful to see that the things that were important to us were also important to Steve, and he searched thoroughly to find us the car of our dreams! All of our questions were answered, honestly and knowledgably, and with patience. He was courteous, friendly and customer-focused. No pressurizing tactics or making us feel we were being too much trouble (and to be honest, we were!). To top it up, he stayed till well-after closing time, until our transaction was complete, and helped us get to know our new car and its operation. He also let us know that he is available to address any questions we may have about our new car in the future. Our whole Tony Honda experience was simply delightful, and we will be highly-recommending it to our friends, colleagues, anyone we know is looking to buy a car, and passing Steve's name on. From the moment I entered the parking lot, I was approached by a friendly employee (which is the usual case each time I go for service). I came in for oil change and to check on my air conditioner. I requested Andrew as he had given me good service before and had sold me the extended warranty on my Honda. It turns out the warranty covered the repair for my air conditioner with a cost value of $1200. Andrew also recommended a brake flush at this time based on the scheduled maintenance. During the process, the techs also noticed the brake pad needed to be replaced. I was pleased that everything was taken care of all at one time. The overall rating for this servicing would have been Great if the initial person who met me at the service area driveway followed up with my request to do safety check. I'm assuming he didn't hear me because it wasn't done. I should have mentioned it to Andrew as well, but I did not. When I returned to pick up my car, the safety check was not done, and I didn't have time to wait to get it done. Andrew apologized and offered to take care of it free of charge since it was overlooked with this service. He was good on his word as I came in today to get the safety check done. Loved the shuttle drivers; they are so friendly and careful drivers. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. Thank you. More
I purchased my Element from Tony Honda in 2008. Since then, I've gone to Tony Honda for regular service check-ups and any other car problems (though they are few and far between). He exemplifies the type of service that I'd like to see in any business. My most recent visit was just to have my car wash ticket renewed. The dealership was pretty much empty, except for Kurtis Tsuha, who was working late. He looked quite busy, but I really wanted to get my car washed, so I approached Kurtis and asked him to update my car wash ticket. Without hesitation, he diverted his attention away from his papers, and went to renew the ticket. I was so impressed by his willingness to serve the customer, that I have chosen to write this review today. I hope to continue to see the sort of exemplary service that Marlon and Kurtis put forth in their day-to-day activities during future visits. More
