Andrew Jameson discussed with us in full detail the repairs that our Odyssey needed, and the best way to go about fixing it. We weren't able to afford all the repairs at one time so he talked with the mechanic to determine which repairs needed his immediate attention. The mechanic (Joe) also let me know how much time we have to save up for the other repairs to be done, and gave us an idea of how much it would cost. We didn't expect that we'd need to leave the van there and since it's our only vehicle, we were worried about picking our children up from school and our busy family schedule for the weekend. We were so blessed to have a loaner for the day and were relieved that we wouldn't have to find a ride home and not be able to attend to our commitments. More

I never once felt pressured into purchasing any vehicle and he was always open to questions. We would meticulously wade through the minutia of each car I had interest in and he was never obstinate or obtuse. This was one of the best experiences in customer service I've had in car dealership which can all be attributed to David's flexibility, knowledge in his trade, and his kindness. They were so pleasant from the time I drove into the lot till the time I drove off the lot with my new Honda. They made me and my family feel so comfortable which made it easier to ask any questions. Tracie was so welcoming and also made sure we were Ok. She always asked us if we had any questions for her and was ready to answer them. Tae was great as well. He was friendly and very knowledgable. This was a great experience overall and will definately be coming back for my next car. More
Problem confirmed and fix found Took two trips to get to the fix but Danny did a great job in keeping me informed. Problem was vehicle would stall/hesitate for no apparent reason. From the moment we first walked out of our old ‘92 Astro on the Tony Honda lot, Scott projected a professional image that immediately made us comfortable and unstressed. He listened very well to what we wanted and asked all the appropriate questions before showing us the options that were available. His knowledge and wiliness to go above and beyond your standard salesman tactics were attributes that we truly appreciated. I think the biggest difference is that he wasn’t trying to “sell” us a vehicle; he was more interested in sharing with us, what the different features were, so that we could make an educated decision. Scott’s demeanor and professional image are ones Tony Honda should be very proud of. After the initial paper work was done, Colleen Kimura stepped in and helped us “personalize” the vehicle with numerous accessories. Like any new car owner, we wanted it all. Of course, financial restraints forced us to make smart, educated choices and separate what we “really needed” from what was “nice to have”. Thanks to Colleen’s willingness to “negotiate” with us, we were actually able to add in some of the “nice to have” accessories that took us only a few digits over budget. As we waited for the vehicle to arrive “on-island’, we were contacted by Daniel (Danny) Zabresky. This service rep is amazing and full of energy. I haven’t personally met him yet, but I hope to physically seek him out when I return to the service department for the remainder of my accessories’ installation. On the phone, he projected an image of an extremely passionate and enthusiastic gentleman. Overall, our purchase experience with Tony Honda, and more specifically …. the above three individuals, was one that I will never forget and one that Tony Honda should be justifiable proud of to have as members of the Tony Honda team. My brother, sister in law and I had decided to purchase a new car. My father also came along with us to help us with our decision. We were not disappointed. Tracie treated us with the utmost professionalism and care. We were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome and we instantly felt comfortable. She showed us cars we were interested in (CRV, Odyssey, Accord, Civic) and answered every and all questions we had. Tracie was patient, calm and understanding. She did not pressure or persuade us into purchasing a certain type of vehicle. But instead she provided us with options and educated us on the various features of each car. Tracie also encouraged us to take our time in making our decision which made us feel at ease and comfortable. After careful consideration, we decided on purchasing two cars: Accord and Odyssey. I was completely overjoyed with my decision to get the 2014 Accord and it was one of the most happiest days in my life to be a proud owner of this brand new vehicle! I'm extremely excited to own this car and can't wait to pick it up when it arrives from the dock. I was also very pleased with the price I paid for the car. The overall experience with this employee was outstanding! We knew that our business was appreciated and Tracie thanked us for our time. She treated us with respect and walked us through the process every step of the way. She was also very honest and trustworthy. Tracie was very knowledgeable about every vehicle and was truly committed to ensuring we were well taken care of. This employee demonstrated a high level of customer service and quality of dedication that you don't find anywhere else. He approached my family and I with a smile and introduced himself to us. He informed us to let him know if there was anything he could help us with and thanked us for stopping in today. He was very visible throughout the time we were there. He congratulated us on our purchase and shared in our excitement of owning our own brand new cars.
