The work took less than an hour, and I was allowed to sit at a table in between the service department and the sales area, while I read the newspaper. In contrast, when I take my Toyota Camry for service at Servco, the patrons are in a small area, and have to wait much longer. This kind of experience may make a difference in any deliberations on any new car purchase in the future. More

I got the car I wanted! Good customer service. I was expecting a very aggressive salesperson who would do anything to get me to buy a specific car, but he had a very chill at Good customer service. I was expecting a very aggressive salesperson who would do anything to get me to buy a specific car, but he had a very chill atmosphere. The associate that helped me wasn't forceful and he didn't try to rush me. He was very helpful and was able to answers all my questions. I kinda wished I had been a little more aggressive about making a deal though. I was able to choose how I wanted to pay and how much per month, but I didn't realize how fast all the extra coverages could add up. That was a bummer, but I haven't had good luck with cars, so any extra help I'll take. I was able to drive off with a car that I really wanted without a lot of hassle, and a smile on my face. That's the important thing. More
