On the day I went to the dealership, Jacob greeted me with a warm smile, a firm handshake. At no time was he overbearing but he was always a professional. He listened to what I had to say and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in and I appreciated that. I had already done some research on the car I was looking to purchase, so the test drive was nice. In the showroom, Jacob answered the few questions I had and if he didn't know the answer to something, he didn't hesitate to ask someone else. I came in on a Thursday evening and with Jacob's dedication and hard work, I was able to drive away in my brand new vehicle on Friday. He even took the time to set up one of the features (bluetooth) for me. :) I gladly told everyone about him (and will continue to do so.) He was (and is) really a good salesman. I look forward to working with him in the future, hopefully. Thank you from a very satisfied customer. More

In 2007 we bought both Odyssey and Civic Hybrid. It was a very unpleasant sales experience. We spent seven hour haggling with sales manager and finance manager. What a disgrace and left such a bad taste in our mouth. Our sales person promised us everything under the sun and the sales manager played us as fools . Why we followed through with the purchase only God knew. And after that experience my wife and I were more than happy to discount any future purchases at Tony Honda. That thought was quelled through the last seven years because we got to experienced the amazing and top of the line Service Center and their customer service technicians. Living in Kailua and even having friends who work at Windward Honda we chose to purchase through Tony Honda. There was no doubt that the Honda vehicles are very reliable but even more important again the people that serviced us through the last seven years since we bought our first Honda in 2007. Sean Kikuchi, Josh, Wade, Andrew, Ernesto and Kurtis have been a complete joy to work with. In the past two years we have been serviced by Sean and has made my wife and I feel like family every single time we would bring in ours cars for servicing. We would personally ask for him and he never failed us. Because of Sean's loyalty and honesty to us we wanted to be loyal customers for life at Tony Honda. In this recent transaction to lease a new Honda Civic EX. Sean introduced us to a trusted salesperson friend Tracie Komori. Through out the sales process, which can be laborious, she was honest, upfront and trustworthy. What a fantastic experience! Thank you Tracie and Sean. We look forward to bringing in our 2014 Honda Civic and our 2007 Odyssey in for servicing and seeing you two and the Honda team. More

I brought my Honda Civic in to have my air bag light checked. Andrew Jameson assisted me and provide exemplary service. From the moment I drove in, Andrew welcomed me with a great attitude and quick a checked. Andrew Jameson assisted me and provide exemplary service. From the moment I drove in, Andrew welcomed me with a great attitude and quick attention. Andrew gathered all my information and efficiently had me set up in the system. We discussed the issue with the car and Andrew did some research to see if it was covered under warranty. I appreciate his efforts in providing an honest assessment. Within 2 hours, I received a call from Andrew informing me that the issue with my air bag light was resolved and that there would be no charge. I was stunned at how quickly my car was serviced. Andrew is very personable and just made the whole experience great. I plan to continue to get my car serviced at Tony Honda now and hope to be able to work with Andrew again. Thank you Andrew! More
