With my little or very minimum knowledge of how an engine works, John's communication skills made it easy for me to understand what was wrong with the engine and what is being done, until the van was ready works, John's communication skills made it easy for me to understand what was wrong with the engine and what is being done, until the van was ready for pick-up. In between the engine repair, He took care of a resent recall on the van, got the A/C blowing cold again and the safety inspection renewed. His advice to buy original Honda parts is also a big lesson for me. Over all, the experience was great and I must say I only met John in person once, when I dropped off the van... a good five minutes...maybe. Arnel was the first person that greeted us when we arrived at the dealership close to closing one evening. Getting a car is a big thing for my family because money is so tight. We went with a closed mind thinking of getting a old used car that could just work. There was never a push to go more then we wanted, but after understanding our situation him and his managers were able to give us an amazing deal that surpassed my family and my expectations. I am so grateful that Limuel took the time to not only help us leave the lot with a car but with a car we love and could AFFORD :D The only down fall was the waiting process for documents and finance. I went on a Friday and there were a lot of people trying to buy a car. But overall it was worth the wait! More
