We only use Tony Honda for our Fit and HRV servicing. During the pandemic the dealership started a complimentary auto pickup and delivery service when vehicles go in for service. I estimate we have used it 4-6 times now and find it a tremendous plus for where we take our cars for service. As older customers now that relieves many of the stresses that go with vehicle servicing. Even more important, the folks who pick up and deliver our autos are the nicest, most cheerful people we have worked with. As was our service advisor Natasha Helsham. What I find most impressive is that Tony Honda provides this service for our Fit that is out of warranty. I don’t know if this is a trial service or now policy, but it absolutely cements our loyalty to Tony Honda service. Added to the typical prompt, efficient, and professional service, there is no peer for this operation. We are very grateful for this added benefit. More

I literally consider getting a Tesla at times but then remind myself I wouldn't have Sean beyond with his customer service and willingness to help. Another great experience dealing with my Service Advisor, Sean Kikuchi! I mentioned this before and will say it again. I always book my appointments directly with Sean instead of calling the service line. Sean Kikuchi! I mentioned this before and will say it again. I always book my appointments directly with Sean instead of calling the service line. This appointment was for an urgent repair of a tire that was punctured by a screw. If you call the service line, you would have to wait until their next available appointment. Sean got me into service the very next day and luckily, my tire pressure was still good. When I got to Honda service, Sean checked me in quickly and gave me an estimate of the completion time. After some time, he came to inform me that they could do my safety check inspection since I was there. With only several more minutes of waiting, my car was done. It was so awesome that he noticed my safety check expiration date and it was so convenient for me to do it then. I had originally planned on having this taken care of later in the month, but this saved me an extra trip and time as well. This goes to show you how Sean will take care of you as his customer. Remember that this goes both ways. If your Service Advisor takes care of you, you should take care of him too. Thanks again, Sean, for being my awesome Service Advisor! More
