Another speedy, thorough, awesome service appointment with Sean Kikuchi! I left a message for Sean to schedule an appointment within the week. He replied immediately and got me scheduled for a 3,750 with Sean Kikuchi! I left a message for Sean to schedule an appointment within the week. He replied immediately and got me scheduled for a 3,750 mile service, oil/filter change and brake system flush. On the day of my 7 am appointment, I only had to wait 47 minutes and the job was done. Something new....while I was waiting, I received a text to a vehicle health report video of my car. It's short and simple, but it's good to see your car actually on a lift while the worker relays a short report of your vehicle's health. I can always count on Sean getting my service done in advance to be able to get to work on time. Not only that, Sean spaces out my car service jobs so that at each service appointment, my cost is reasonable and affordable. It's never a big chunk that I have to pay for at one time. I know he has a job to do, but I also know that he takes care of his customers like me. It feels good knowing I have a Service Advisor whom I can trust and not take advantage of me. He's also very helpful in giving me leads for other needed repairs, such as for repairing a cracked windshield glass. This is the first time I had a crack, not a chip, from a flying rock. Knowledgeable as he is, he advised me to have it checked out immediately before the crack grew. If I hadn't mentioned that to him, I would've waited and probably ended up with having to replace the whole windshield glass. I did as he advised and luckily, was able to get my windshield repaired on the same day. Problems resolved! Thanks Sean, for always being there to help! See you at my next service appointment! More

I purchased a vehicle from Tony Honda in 2020 and was very pleased with my experience and I still have the vehicle today. We recently moved off island, and prior to leaving decided to sell one another ve very pleased with my experience and I still have the vehicle today. We recently moved off island, and prior to leaving decided to sell one another vehicle. We were on a short timeline to get everything done, so we decided to sell our vehicle to a dealer for speed and ease. My selling experience was the complete opposite of my buying experience. I initially started the conversation with someone else, and then was handed off to Darin. Darin was cordial and professional. During the "negotiation" process he did as many salesman have and said things like "I'll be straightforward" and "I don't want to waste anyone's time" and we discussed the value of the vehicle. I was not happy with the initial offer to purchase my vehicle and ultimately was able to increase that number by a couple thousand dollars. What is the most frustrating is that during our conversation I was told things like the vehicle isn't very popular on the island and would be difficult to sell, it could possibly sit on the lot for over 100 days, and we would likely only sell it for $26-$28,000. A couple of weeks after we left the island and completed the transaction, I was curious so I pulled up the website and was stunned to see the vehicle listed for $35K. These types of interactions are what give car salesmen a bad name and make trusting sales people in general very difficult for many. More
