On the day of the appointment, the outside service "receptionist/greeter" greeted me immediately when I pulled up. Once inside, all my paperwork ready and I was given a good estimate on how long it would take to complete the service. The mechanic(s) who did the work had the job done within the timeframe I was given. The shuttle driver was very friendly as we talked story on the way back to my office. More
