Professional and Friendly Tyrone was friendly and Professional. My 07 Odyssey Van needed an oil change and tire rotation. There were problems with the oil pan drain plug but Ty Tyrone was friendly and Professional. My 07 Odyssey Van needed an oil change and tire rotation. There were problems with the oil pan drain plug but Tyrone had it fixed for only a small charge. Now my van and I are happy and on the road again. Also, my van was washed free of charge so it is looking good too. My van was finished in just a few hours so I did not have to wait all day. Big Island Honda rocks! More

Set amount for labor charges Had to pay a total labor charge of 6 hours when repair took only 4 hours. When you are being charged $127 per hour, that's a lot of money! The Service Staff is very friendly, helpful and knowlegable. The only problem I have is that to trouble shoot problems with my Mercedes, I need to get on a waiting list until a Mercedes specialist knowlegable.
