Knowledgeable and helpful The service department took great care in helping me when I felt vulnerable and afraid after my car broke down in the pouring rain. They put me in tou The service department took great care in helping me when I felt vulnerable and afraid after my car broke down in the pouring rain. They put me in touch with Honda Roadside Service with one call to the dealership. When I was back on the road I drove directly to the dealership which thank GOODNESS was open on a Saturday when I needed them. Lori then made me feel secure, welcome and took care of my issues and even squeezed my car in that day and got her team to install a new battery to ensure my car was safe to drive. Even got a complimentary car wash! Even in the rain it was nice to get back on the road with a clean car. The entire team made me feel as if my scary ordeal was behind me and gave me confidence to return with any other issues in the future. More

Quick and Easy Upon arrival for a recall service, Alvin and Lori checked in my vehicle in less then 5 minutes. Thorough and awesome! I was greeted by a pleasant attendant and was treated very courteously by all at the dealership. I did ask for them to look at my wheel alignment that I was greeted by a pleasant attendant and was treated very courteously by all at the dealership. I did ask for them to look at my wheel alignment that I had them take care of in December. The reason provided why the vehicle was pulling to the right was found not to have anything to do with the alignment, but perhaps the fact I had put on new tires prior to the alignment. I questioned the reason for this and unfortunately got into a bit of a heated discussion with the service manager. I felt really awful such a conversation took place. I guess the question brought up other issues that had occurred previously. I did have three Honda?s at one time, and now have two. It is inevitable I will need to bring my cars in for servicing. My hope is that I can maintain a positive relationship with the dealership, because for the most part, I do like my Honda cars. I also have found that the service department is very courteous and nice. I especially appreciate Clint. He is always gracious and courteous. I will continue to work with him in the future. He is always very positive and helpful. More
