Once they get your money you will be treated like you don't exist. Paid top dollar for a truck with 6k miles that has been in the shop twice in the 1st 60 days. After digging into it I found that they buy vehicles from auctions without any knowledge of history. The truck had smashed break and fuel lines and was not fit to drive. Beneath all the armoral and fake smiles everyone is talking about is just a bunch of jokers. My sales person doesn't even work there anymore and the manager didn't show up to meet me and won't respond. Uprofessional to say the least and not interested in making things right. If you've had a good experience it's because they have to warranty new cars. Don't be fooled. More

I leased a CRV from Maui but shipped it to Hilo and serviced it in Hilo due to the pricing and NO agent treated me different . So happy to get a better price for my 2017 VAN and give Hilo the business !!! Thanks Kiko and his team for that !!! More

Outstanding Service Honda hilo has the best service team ever. one of my car tires had a hole on it. Service advisor VINH did everything to help me get the tire fix.
