I called and informed them that my husband had a dentist appt at 3pm and I was told the service would be no longer than 1 hour (service appt was scheduled for 1pm) and they were true to their word, my husband was out by 2pm. The service was just a quick check of the fluids and to make sure we were making the best of all the "extras" our car came with. We never had this kind of great service with our other cars, yes even on our BMW we never received this type of service. I love the way Honda treats their customers...like Ohana! More
