Having my car serviced with Tony Honda Hilo is such an easygoing experience. Lori is a fantastic associate who is friendly and knowledgeable about your car and what you can expect. I love the easy text me easygoing experience. Lori is a fantastic associate who is friendly and knowledgeable about your car and what you can expect. I love the easy text message option of communicating when waiting for my car also. Lori is informative of what’s going to happen and if anything comes up she explains it easily for someone who doesn’t know much about cars, like me. Although my car had to go back in for the tire pressure light being on incorrectly, Lori made time for me and explained what needed to be done. I wasn’t charged for an error or to bring it in again and that was a relief. Over all my experience with Honda has been easy and pain free financially. I don’t ever feel over charged or taken advantage of. More

Excellent service My AC was running extra hot and I was dying from this heat. Drove into Honda Hilo with no appointment and was helped by Dennis and he was able to squ My AC was running extra hot and I was dying from this heat. Drove into Honda Hilo with no appointment and was helped by Dennis and he was able to squeeze me in to do an AC check and fill refrigerant and dye to see if there is a leak. I still need to go back next week to recheck but Dennis provided excellent service and made this sweaty, fussy old lady a happy camper now with ice cold AC!! Thank you Dennis and the staff that helped me out at Honda Hilo. More

Excellent service from Big Island Honda Hilo I was visiting Hilo from Kona today and had a lengthy meeting scheduled in Hilo. I called this the service department this morning and was able to sch I was visiting Hilo from Kona today and had a lengthy meeting scheduled in Hilo. I called this the service department this morning and was able to schedule a much needed oil change for an hour from now (same day - Wow)! Free shuttle service returned me to my meeting location. The dealership did a courtesy multi point inspection at no charge, AND, gave me a free car wash. Automatic notification was made via text message including a link to review the work order, review any additional repairs needed (none were recommended), and a link was provided to remit payment. Couldn't be happier. Car looks and runs great. They even cleared my A 1 maintenance minder light (something most outside oil change shops have not been doing for me). Clint, my service advisor, was fast and friendly, and even pulled my car up for me after checkout. The quality of service felt a lot more like a BMW-type of experience. Way to go Big Island Honda Hilo. Excellent job! I highly recommend this dealership for service repairs and routine oil changes. Price for a full synthetic oil change was reasonable as well, plus the bonus of the free car wash and multi point inspection. No can go wrong dez guys! More
