The woman at the service desk was great, very polite. I could hear him when I came in the service entrance, and when I sat in the waiting area more than 30 feet away from his closed door while I got oil change/tire rotaion - he clearly thought the room would block sound better, or he just didn't care. It was actually really scary rage, and if I had been able to reschedule I would have run from that anger. I felt so so bad for the woman at the desk who clearly had no choice but to pretend it wasn't happening. It was actually a little creepy that when he came out of the room he was so polite. Then, even though I thought I had until November 1 to get my final free oil change (I got the package when I bought my car for free oil changes up until 3 years or 30k miles, and 3 years would have been nov 1 and im only at 25k) the system wouldn't allow it which was incredibly disappointing. Overall, scary, uncomfortable, won't be coming back here. More
