Similar to another review, you could have earned 5 stars, but there was an issue with scheduling. I made it clear that dropping off the car first thing Thursday morning and picking it back up at the end of but there was an issue with scheduling. I made it clear that dropping off the car first thing Thursday morning and picking it back up at the end of the day would work. Friday was not an option for me. Checking-in at 4:00pm before leaving work, it was made clear to me that the work on the car was not complete and would not be done until Friday, and picking up the car that night and rescheduling was not an option. In the end we found a solution, but it created a lot of unnecessary stress. Had I been notified earlier in the day, I would have simply said to set the car aside, I'll pick it up that night, and we'll reschedule. More
Love the dealership and especially the service department. Had an oil change done yesterday and the only problem I had was there were oily hand marks on my door panel. Henry was awesome. He was super helpful he let us test drive the car by ourselves. Easy no pressure kind of guy. The financial guy Richard R was the worst. High pressure, talked down to my husband and myself. He is the reason big dealerships get a bad name. Only way we will walk out with the vehicle is if we can actually be treated like paying customers should. More
