Upon check-in, the service tech did not know why the car was being serviced, even though I specified the needs on the website. I was told that my description from the website was not visible from the service view. While I was waiting at the service counter, the service rep was busy texting on her phone. When I called to check on the vehicle, the person assisting could not find my vehicle under my name. When I gave the make and model, they told me "all dashboard warning lights were on and that the engine had been rebuilt". I explained that was not my car at all, after being placed on hold for several minutes, I hung up. Service did call back and left a voicemail explaining the service performed on it. I was happy to see that the full diagnostic charge was not assessed and I was only charged for the time spent. More
If you are asking about my time purchasing the Kona EV at the dealership, it was rather exceptional. My wife and I had nothing but good things to say about the everyone that helped us, from the Sales Dept an the dealership, it was rather exceptional. We bought the Kona EV back on April 2nd I believe and would buy another car when it is time from this particular dealership. If you are asking about my recent service, I came in to drop off my Kona EV for its very first service after 5000 miles and was met with a smile. I believe her name was Mary though I'm not 100%, she took care of me right away, asked me if I had any questions and let me know where to go to wait since I was waiting at the dealership. The service was quick and Mary asked if she pronounced my last name correctly which I appreciated even though it is my wife's last name not mine but the thought was appreciated. Another reason why we bought our car at this location since we received such terrible service at the Gresham Hyundai location and the 122nd location in Portland. This one though is top notch. More

Mehdi Jamil was wonderful and worked with us kindly and patiently. It was significantly more than we planned to pay. It is a great car and I am excited and hopeful it will meet our needs nicely. When i brought my Elantra in for the 15000 mile oil change they noticed the radiator had a crack in it. They ordered the parts and set up another appointment and everything went fine. Took my car in to get fixed. The customer service was very friendly, and they diagnosed the problem quickly. After sitting in the waiting room over 2 hours they said they couldn't fix it and needed to order another part. I cancelled the appointment because another mechanic could fix the issue for $250 less. The personnel is wonderful, however the waiting room is just not what I expect from a dealership. Build a waiting room that makes your customers feel special.
