I had to buy new tires right away. I asked nicely for some help from your GM Josh. Mabe a credit for a future possible purchase, or something. Mabe something in service. He was an immature Dick about it. He acted like an immature little kid.

No one every explained to me why my Lexus Certified IS300 came with improper tires. Please explain it to me. I tried to get the GM , a man named Josh that said he was then GM at that time to explain it to me. Your Tech said it was the wrong tires for the car I wasn’t asking for new tires. I asked nicely for future monetary consideration or service costs or on purchasing a new or used vehicle.
