I had best experience before but not this time. Noticed a problem with attitude and lack of customer service. Long waiting time with a two weeks advance appointment. The compressor was noisy. You can hear right away once you turn on the AC. I was told inspection will cost $99.00 for checking any leak, we will put the die to check the leak and you come back again. I said, well I had die last fall in local servicing place when they did charge with refrigant. No leak they said. He said well if it was last fall, we may not see any now. Then he said well let us go from $99 inspection then we will go from there. Then he came back said well you need a new compressor it is noisy and problem is there. We did charge and now blowing Icy cold air and gave me an estimate of close to $5000 for different things which includes close to $3500 for just compressor replacement. I said, I will be busy next couple of weeks. I will give a call if I decide. Without giving me an option if need a charge now, he billed me $299+tax for inspection and charging AC. I also asked him if I decide a compressor replacement, am I going to be credited for this amount. He said no. I thought I will be billed for only $99 for inspection only. I was never asked or gave the approval to go ahead do the charge. I was overcharged for $200. That is not fair. More

Had my Lexus serviced at Tom Wood Lexus this week. Great service! They were on time and quickly serviced my NX. It had been leaking coolant recently. They quickly diagnosed the problem and replace Great service! They were on time and quickly serviced my NX. It had been leaking coolant recently. They quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the water pump. All of this was down in less than 3 hours while I drank free coffee and watched Netflix on their wifi. To top it off, they didn’t charge me anything as the water pump was under warranty and they honored my expired maintenance contract due to Covid. Great dealership. Cody, my service advisor, was excellent keeping me well informed. More
