Tom Wood Lexus

Horrible customer service. I bought a brand new Lexus RX 350 for $68,000 from Tom Wood Lexus for retail sticker price in 2022. When it arrived after i waited for it to come in I bought a brand new Lexus RX 350 for $68,000 from Tom Wood Lexus for retail sticker price in 2022. When it arrived after i waited for it to come in for several weeks the door was damaged and did not close properly. They then got me another car that in December 2022 was involved in a hit and run accident. My vehicle has been at an auto body shop since then waiting on a standard core support part that is approximately $137. They have none of these standard parts and continue to provide me with monthly estimate time of arrivals that never result in the part actually coming in. They refuse to provide a loaner vehicle or do anything else to help out despite this being a common part that they can not get. Yet, they had no problem selling me a brand new vehicle at the highest price, knowing they were having supply issues, yet will do nothing to assist now. I will never buy a Lexus again, and certainly will never buy a vehicle from Tom Wood Lexus ever again. More
