Best new car buying experience we've ever had. We had already test driven a 2015 Subaru Outback Limited at another dealership, but had read positive reviews about Tindol Subaru. So when we took a trip from Harrisburg, NC to the NC mountains we decided we would stop by Tindol Subaru on the way home. We met with Doren Moore and described to him the exact vehicle/options we wanted. Within 30 minutes we had their best price, which was better than a True Car Price. Doren told us that they didn't have the vehicle we wanted in stock, but they had one coming, which we could reserve by placing a deposit on the vehicle. We did place a deposit on the vehicle, but because of the demand for the Outback it took much longer than the date the factory originally gave Tindol. We sold our vehicle to a private individual. The buyer of our car wanted to take possession of our car based on the original delivery date the factory had given Tindol. Tindol most generously gave us a loaner car to drive until our new Outback arrived - now that's customer service! Doren was great throughout the process, keeping us informed of what was going on with the delivery of our new Outback. My wife and I both felt like they treated us like "family". I would highly recommend Doren Moore and Tindol Subaru. Almost forgot to mention that we did meet the Sales Manager, Robin Anderson. She was a joy to be around, very positive attitude and very friendly - not your typical dealership sales manager. More

New Legacy. My wife has been getting her car serviced at this dealership for 3 years. On one of those visits i was introduced to Chris. I was impressed with the facility based on how well they treated us when we brought our Outback in for service. After driving a few loaner cars when my wifes was getting serviced, I decided it was time for me to get a Subaru. I went to the dealership one Saturday with my parents and was surprised that Chris still remembered who I was since we met about 5 months ago. I liked the Legacy and Chris helped me test drive a few and find the one that I wanted. We test drove a few and he told me the difference in all of them to help make my decision easy. When it came time to buy Chris helped me look at all my options and ended up finding me a new car for what I would have gotten the used one for. Robin helped make the loan process quick and easy and knew the answers to every question I asked. I love my new car now and am so thankful for Chris. I don't think I would ever want to buy a car from anyone but him in the future. More
