Amanda has taken any service need and scheduling and made it convenient, reasonably priced, updated during service, and comfortable if waiting. I'd also be remiss with not mentioning the continuing help of Chris Townsend and Mike Payne for taking care of us since 2008 and Robin Anderson for helping a workmate with a new Outback. A great organization and Amanda is the best of what customer service is about. More

I had a single point of contact (Amanda) and she made all the arrangements for my service work. She set time expectations with me before I arrived at the dealership and she followed up with me thought the servicing of my car. There were many luxury touches at the dealership ranging from the nice snack basket, to the high quality reading material in the customer waiting area. If you have never considered a Subaru automobile give this product line a try and I strongly recommend this specific dealership. I have only owned my Subaru for two days and based on my experience here I am so happy with my purchase! More

A flyer arrived in the snail-mail claiming that if I bought a new 2015 version of my 2013 (not that old) Leg The news was almost too good to be true. A flyer arrived in the snail-mail claiming that if I bought a new 2015 version of my 2013 (not that old) Legacy, Tindol would save me over $200 per month on my car payment. OK, I bit. Even though I wanted to move from Legacy to Outback, Chris Townsend and Robin Anderson made practically the same deal for a top-of-the-line 2015 Outback. I can't say enough for the Tindol Subaru team. More

5-star sales service and experience I first called Tindol yesterday afternoon and although the Crosstrek about which I was calling had just been sold, Paul took down my info and called I first called Tindol yesterday afternoon and although the Crosstrek about which I was calling had just been sold, Paul took down my info and called back later with potential matches across the north and Southeast. Great follow through! I worked most with Chris yesterday and this afternoon; he answered all our questions with patience and thoroughness throughout the test drive, trade in, decisioning, and financing processes. He was knowledgeable about the brand, no haggle, very pleasant, and dedicated to serving his customer. We experienced delays with the online & over-the-phone financing group, not affiliated with Tindol, and had to redo the process in house. It was a bit of a time hog, but everyone at the dealership was apologetic regarding the approval delay and kept it moving along. Before we drove away in my new Impreza, Chris made sure I knew that car inside and out! I really appreciated that; no one wants to be left searching for the cruise control ON button or the USB port three days later. Michael in the onsite business/finance office explained the process, our options, and all the docs thoroughly. I would highly recommend the Tindol Subaru team! More
