5-star sales service and experience I first called Tindol yesterday afternoon and although the Crosstrek about which I was calling had just been sold, Paul took down my info and called I first called Tindol yesterday afternoon and although the Crosstrek about which I was calling had just been sold, Paul took down my info and called back later with potential matches across the north and Southeast. Great follow through! I worked most with Chris yesterday and this afternoon; he answered all our questions with patience and thoroughness throughout the test drive, trade in, decisioning, and financing processes. He was knowledgeable about the brand, no haggle, very pleasant, and dedicated to serving his customer. We experienced delays with the online & over-the-phone financing group, not affiliated with Tindol, and had to redo the process in house. It was a bit of a time hog, but everyone at the dealership was apologetic regarding the approval delay and kept it moving along. Before we drove away in my new Impreza, Chris made sure I knew that car inside and out! I really appreciated that; no one wants to be left searching for the cruise control ON button or the USB port three days later.
