Great Customer Service I went to Tindol at 1pm on Saturday after the Service Department had already closed. Chris came over to ask what my problem was and when finding out t I went to Tindol at 1pm on Saturday after the Service Department had already closed. Chris came over to ask what my problem was and when finding out that my two headlights on my 2010 Legacy were not working he took charge. He supervised getting the headlights out of the locked Parts Department and installed the two new parts. Afterwards he introduced me to Robin and the three of us had a very nice conversation. I will definitely buy my next Subaru from Chris. More

They treated us and they treat each other like family! My wife and I were on a road trip with our 2016 WRX and hit our first oil change interval. It was the Saturday after Thanksgiving and we were in Ashev My wife and I were on a road trip with our 2016 WRX and hit our first oil change interval. It was the Saturday after Thanksgiving and we were in Asheville, NC. We wanted to get our oil changed before heading 600 miles back home. I called that morning and the two local Subaru dealerships in/near Asheville said they were closing at noon and could not take any walk-ins. I had no choice so we decided we would just make the drive home. Last minute, I looked up to see if there might be any Subaru dealerships on the way home that might close later. I saw Tindol with great ratings and I figured I would give them a try. I spoke to Doren and he confirmed that they were closing in two hours (Noon) but asked what I needed done. I told him my situation and to my surprise, they said they would be willing to wait for me. Doren asked how far we were. I said "according to the GPS, 110 miles". Doren replied, "Alright brother, hit the road now and we will see you soon!". We checked out of our hotel and arrived after 12pm. I was greeted by Chris Townsend who helped me find Doren. While waiting, Chris came out and complimented our 2016 WRX (we had done some cosmetic modifications to the car already). Mike came out and greeted us, and got our paperwork set up and took care of the car. He did the oil change, rotated the tires and he even washed our car for us to take care of all the bug stains! He said he also checked out our brakes and our turbo to make sure everything looked and nothing was loose. While waiting for our car, we spoke to Chris who was very friendly and knowledgeable about Subaru's (My wife and I have 3 among ourselves and I have had two before these three). When Mike was done, we all started talking about Subaru's and past stories. During the conversation, Robin excused herself and asked if she could ask Mike a question. She had another customer alongside her who was having troubles with his car. She asked if Mike had time to help him on Monday, Mike said whenever he was able to bring the car in, to come find him and he will take care of it, no problem. Robin gave Mike a hug and a big cheerful "Thank you!" It was at that moment I knew that these employees had a passion for Subaru's and helping the customer. But at the same time, they treated each other respectfully and appreciatively. Even for something small like helping out a customer! On the drive home, my wife and I talked about potentially making more trips to the NC area near the next service interval so that we can stop into Tindol and have Mike work on the car again. That is the lasting impression we got from our first (and not our last) visit! More

Gordon as always took the time to locate what we needed and beat Car max at every point- A year newer, 1/2 the miles, and much less expensive. Natalie has a great team. Amanda you are a real asset. We deviated away from Tindol on our last purchase but will not make that mistake again. Over the years we have purchased three cars from Tindol.
