I laughed and said, "um, yes, i've bought a car before." I understand that he thought I was being unreasonable with my requests, but he could have approached it in a more respectful way. After that, I decided I wouldn't do any business with him. I ended up buying a newer, better model (limited as opposed to premium) 2016 subaru for 20,000 less miles the next day at Fort Mill Hyundai for only 2 grand more than his asking price. The salespeople at Fort Mill Hyundai were much more respectful, even if we disagreed about something during negotiations. I was more receptive to negotiating with individuals who treated me like an equal. More

We did not feel rushed, hustled or less than appreciated. He carefully explained the details of a lease and a conventional purchase. He was thoroughly familiar with the features of Outback, the leasing process and those other processes one must go through to get a new car. We gladly recommend Tindol Subaru and their staff.
