We are long term customers of Thoroughbred Nissan. I just took our car in for an oil change. The girl checking me in, specifically asked if I just wanted an oil change. I said yes. When the tech came out, he said, you're all set, oil chang The girl checking me in, specifically asked if I just wanted an oil change. I said yes. When the tech came out, he said, you're all set, oil change, tire rotation, and windshield wiper change. I told him, NO, I have brand new tires, and brand new, expensive wiper blades. I did not want any of that, (I was VERY upset). He said, they'd fix it. Then he didn't want to honor the last of my contract, for an oil change, (but he ended up doing it). Needless to say, I WON'T BE BACK!!!!! Not the 1st time I've had a problem with them, but it's the last. FYI No one else has worked on my 2019 Nissan. More
