All the staff I met at Thoroughbred Nissan were super nice and I got a great deal buying my first car (a Kicks SR). My salesperson Paulette truly cares about customers. She and the manager helped me get more benefits and really spend time and effort to secure them. Although I have been in the US for less than 1 year and clearly had low credit scores, they negotiated with their financing department to get a very low apr for me, based on my other records. When I registered for car insurance, I saw how Paulette spoke for me. It was overall a really nice experience. More

I’ve alway been a loyal customer of Thoroughbred Nissan, I took my vehicle to replace the brakes about 2 weeks ago and I noticed a lot of loose wires, I didn’t think it was a big deal and just push them bac I took my vehicle to replace the brakes about 2 weeks ago and I noticed a lot of loose wires, I didn’t think it was a big deal and just push them back in under the dash board. I took my vehicle for emissions testing and it did not passed due to some wires not being connected in place, I called Thoroughbred Nissan spoke to a service manager by the name of Caleb explained the situation and instead of trying to help and being understanding he was bothered by my request and was very argumentative not wanting to fix the issues they have caused. I kept insisting that they needed to fix the wires the way they were initially. He was very disrespectful by calling me a ridiculous customer that the wires had nothing to do with my vehicle not passing emission when I had proof in the emissions testing paper. HORRIBLE SERVICE by that person so called service manager he doesn’t have the personality or the skills to have that job title. He took advantage and treated me so disrespectful for being a female because I’m sure he would not talk to a male the way he was talking to me. I will NEVER, NEVER take my vehicle or buy a vehicle from Thoroughbred Nissan again! More
Brought my new 2022 Rouge Sport in for it's first oil change. Appointment was made by sales person "Roberto" during sale in Nov, 2022. Supplied service writer with appointment paperwork for my 10:30 AM change. Appointment was made by sales person "Roberto" during sale in Nov, 2022. Supplied service writer with appointment paperwork for my 10:30 AM appointment, was told it would take about an hour and to have a seat in waiting area and he would advise me when finished. After waiting 2 plus hours I walked to the service desk and observed that it did not appear that my vehicle had even been moved. Service adviser asked if he could help me and asked me my name ? "Robert Greenberg". I told him I had been there about 2 hours and he said He knew I had been there a long time and he would have the car ready in 20 min, I told him forget about rotating the tires that I had to leave and could not wait for that to be done. He said that he was responsible that the job had slid through the "cracks" and gave me a free oil change for my troubles on my next visit. The reason I purchased the car from Thoroughbred was the close location to my residence which would be good when I needed service. Hard pressed to return for service even for a free oil change, let alone buy another car there. More
