Thoroughbred met my price with no problem - well under everyone else's price. When I wanted to sign papers later at night, on my way out of town for a business trip, someone stayed late to conclude the paperwork. They kept the car for me while I went on my trip and it was all detailed and ready to go when I picked it up 5 days later. It was a fast, easy and great deal. More
I went in to buy a Nissan Titan and was told it was out of my price range but they could put me into a new Altima, he talked a great game but when I got upstairs the Altima ended up being more then the Tit of my price range but they could put me into a new Altima, he talked a great game but when I got upstairs the Altima ended up being more then the Titan I was looking at, I didn't realize it til I got home since I was happy about getting a new car, then I got a call a week later saying my payment were 75 dollars more then what I was told and I denied and aid I wanted my trade in back, when I got there they magically got my payment dropped only to find out he was taking off the gap and warranty ..I requested my trade in back numerous time but they kept talking me in to staying in the new car, at the end I had to come out of pocket 500 more dollars..the car makes noises in the front end but they tell me nothing is wrong and I only got one key, they say they will order me a new one but it has Ben a month and no key...stay away from these guys, if u want a new car go to Jim click they are nicer and price are a lot better thorobred are crooks ...and all they keep telling you through the process is that when u received something in a email about your experience to make sure u give them 5 stars ...they shouldn't have to tell u that to get 5 stars More
Purchased aNissan Leaf and traded in a Cube. Both purchase price and trade in price were good and I feel we got a good deal. All the staff are friendly and attentive to our needs and willing to go the extra step to make everything right. Probably be buying the next vehicle there if Nissan make a larger all electric van or SUV. More

I continue to use them for any service or parts, etc. because of the excellent service I receive from Frank Montano and others i Thoroughbred Nissan. Even though my car is getting up there in years, I trust every repair to Fran Whittman who continually takes care of my car as if his family were driving it. Also, I have been given no preferential treatment at Thoroughbred Nissan, but Mr. Montano and the other service reps always make me feel like I do. They go out of their way to make every one of their customers feel important and valued. More

He took hours out of his day to explain every little detail and button there is on my new Juke. Every employee that was present that day stopped and took time to introduce themselves to me and congratulate me on my new purchase. After everything was complete the owners of Thoroughbred, Oscar Campos and John Smith, immediately came out of their offices to shake my hand. What a great experience all together! I have purchased two nissans from thoroughbred. i felt i was treated fairly and honestly during negotiations on price. i have dealt with people from sales to service, and spoken with oscar the owner many t was treated fairly and honestly during negotiations on price. i have dealt with people from sales to service, and spoken with oscar the owner many times. i have taken my 2 and 4 year olds in on many occasions, and the dealership has tv's and a two playrooms to entertain the little ones. they also have computers with guest internet service so you can keep busy should you need to wait. their service department is prompt and their time estimates are accurate. this is important to me with two children, because i need to plan to wait or drop off the vehicle. overall, i have never had a problem with their vehicles, their sales, or their service department. it feels like a family environment there, when i come by i usually run into somebody who recognizes me. they take care of my cars and my family. i'm sold on thoroughbred, i'm sold on nissan. This is my 2nd purchase from Thoroughbred Nissan. We got a 2009 Murano and loved it. This May we went back for a newer model with more accessories. We bought a 2012 Murano and could not be more pleased with the vehicle and the dealer's staff. Special kudos to Oscar Campos, President, Mike Gammie, Internet Sales Mgr. and Mike Heemsbergen, Finance Mgr. Also Steve Bailey in Service. Today I brought my daughter there, met with Mike Gammie, and she bought a 2012 Sentra. It's no wonder this dealership wins so many awards. More
My wife and I purchased a 2011 Nissan Rogue, and I want to say the experience was awesome. Our salesman listened to our wishes and did not in any way pressure us. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we chose for a test drive, pointing out all the good things (as well as a couple drawbacks). We were able to test drive the Rogue in a variety of conditions (city streets and parkways, parking, turning radius). The Rogue was priced below blue book and we negotiated a good trade-in deal. Our financial adviser had all the necessary paperwork ready once we decided to purchase, even suggesting a warranty package that actually lowered our interest rate and monthly payment. Once that was done, we had a hot dog and hamburger for lunch, provided by the dealer. While we lunched, our salesman cleaned our trade-in out, putting everything in the new one. He then showed us how to program the BlueTooth as well as pointing out several features. While negotiating, John, the salesman, threw in the front passenger/driver/window tinting, gratis, and we set a date for the work to be done. We also were activating our alarm, so scheduled it at the same time. We drove the vehicle for just over a week and noticed a slight squeak that seemed to come from one of the brakes. I called and requested they be looked at while the car was in the shop. When I arrived for the service, I was told it would take approximately 4 hours to complete everything. They were right. Actually just under 4 hours and everything was done to my complete satisfaction. I commend Thoroughbred for their friendly, efficient sales and service teams and definitely recommend them for new and used purchases and for service. All in all, our experience was a 5+. More
