First Car Buying Experience that was Actually Enjoyable From the first time we met Chris Curry to the actual purchase of our 2015 Subaru Outback, the experience at Frederick Motors has been top notch. We visited several other dealerships, both Subaru and other makes, but no one educated us on the car itself like Chris did. He was also extremely congenial, no pressure, just striving to make the process as easy as possible for us with our two kids in tow. Beyond that, everyone at the dealership is genuinely friendly, which says more than anyone's words could. Even the session with the finance manager was relaxed, not the usual tense, pressure-filled affair that makes me vow never to visit X dealership again. Finally, the two times we've had the Outback in for maintenance have been so easy. I love that they will let you make an appointment and wait, and their waiting area is very comfortable. Ashley King in Subaru service is a delight, so friendly and considerate. I could go on, but suffice it to say, my husband and I are beyond happy with Frederick Motors and our Outback. More
