Good Deal Indeed ! I have had my used vehicle for over a month now and I am extremely happy with the vehicle and the service I received. I did my homework though. I did a Car Fax and I had the car pre-purchased inspected and the repairs were very minor ( a leaky gasket) which I gladly paid for to assure the car was in the best shape possible. I highly recommend David Burda as a no hassle, straight up kind of a salesman. Easy to shop with and extremely helpful. More

It took over two weeks to get together and make the deal, I have no problem with the dealer trying to make as much on a vehicle and at the same time I am trying to get the vehicle at a reduced price. The folks we dealt with were very sincere, courteous, and friendly. They went out of their way to make us relaxed. The only problem I have is that the car was not properly "inspected" before being put on the lot. I say this because a part was broken and fell off as we got in the back seat. It will be replaced by the dealer. In fact, the part was at the dealer's in a very short amount of time. Additionally, the Head Liner had many spots on it that came off quite easily with only a wet rag and some elbow crease. I think that should have been taken care of before putting the car on the lot.However, I do want to emphasize how great all the employees were at the dealership. Great job and a great experience. Thanks! And, the full tank of gas is appreciated!! More

I continue to see the sales and servicing staff at this location because they have always been forthright, and provide such excellent customer service. These folks are a part of the community, and it shows in the way they care for their customers. When you visit this center you are met with not just top tier service, but a neighborly approach to customer interaction. The only thing more comfortable than my ride after a transaction with these folks is the transaction itself. I had the pleasure of working with salesman David Burda recently. It’s hard to add to your personal debt with a multi-year commitment and still leave feeling happy, but Dave and his team did the impossible. Dave is courteous, considerate, and he offered great perspective. He took the time to get to know us, and our needs, and put together a personalized list of priorities for us to consider in our search. Everything from recommendations on space, cargo hold, weather reliability, safety features, and the ever important budget was considered in his recommendation. All of our independent research aligned with his recommendations, which lends itself to my claims of honesty and personalized approach to the customer service experience. Everything was going well. Our salesman was very nice. However, when we picked the car up, the tank was only half full and we didn't get a full tank of gas as promised. I have a voicemail message recording from David saying that we would be getting that. They were closing for the day and I was too tired to turn around that day so I called him back immediately and left a message. Few days later, he emails me saying that he checked with his cleanup crew and they said they filled it up and maybe the fuel float was stuck. I checked with my son and he had just filled up the tank yesterday for $20. He has only driven approximately 20 miles at the most since we bought it. David is a very nice man. We enjoyed our sales transaction except for the gas bit. Yes, it's only $20 of gas but it's the principle. Thanks **Update** The manager replied to the feedback fast and I also heard back from David Burda. They mailed a check for $20 to reimburse my son. The fact that they are keeping their word and rectify the situation is commendable. So I updated my ratings. More

We had an unfortunate experience with Fitzgerald Auto Mall and we felt that we didn't get all of the answers up front. When we both went to Frederick Subaru, Roberto was very attentive, upfront with costs and trim differences between vehicles and most of all, no pressure. We both bought a brand new Outback & Forester and couldn't be happier. I strongly recommend Frederick Subaru; especially Roberto Lopez as your salesman. More

Newer pre-owned Mercedes E Class to upgrade my current E Class. I inquired online and Scott Rosenfeld contacted me quickly. They held the car until I got home to see it. I pulled in, the car was up front. Someone came out to assist me quickly. Used car manager Keith Barrow started working with me. He was ready to move this car and I was ready to buy. I got a very fair trade on my older car and fantastic price on my newer Mercedes. I'm very pleased with the car and the service I received from this dealer. No hassle and very quick to get things done. Thank you Keith and Scott for making this transaction quick and smooth. I will be calling these fellas again when I'm in the market. More

From walking in the Salesman, Shannon Beall, seemed to have very little interest in selling us a vehicle. It seemed a pain for him to walk outside and see if the vehicle had been dug out from the snow. When we sat in it, he was hardly helpful and seemed to be trying to convince us not to buy the 2016 Mustang, the car my fiance and I came to look at. He sadly lied to me on multiple occasions and the most comical part is he told me to go to Sheehy (who has way better reviews) and buy at their cheaper price, with a sense of arrogance that their online prices are false (which every review I found says quite the contrary). When I asked about any incentives, or why I should buy from them, he only bashed other dealership is a very vague way and told me why I shouldn't buy from these dishonest dealerships, which according to him, was EVERY other dealership. It was very disrespectful and uncomfortable. It honestly felt as if the night was a complete waste of my time and wish I never went to Frederick Motor Company. The only saving grace was that it was slightly comical to meet a salesman who seemed so disinterested in selling a product. Also interesting to find out that the reason my mom shied away from the Edge was because of her experience with the Shannon at Frederick Motor Company. I can't say I recommend NOT going to Frederick Motor Company, though I won't be returning, but I can say, make sure you get a different Salesman. More
