Super easy and fun buying experience! I walked into Subaru after having researched and test driving other vehicles. I knew I wanted to go with Subaru. At FMC we found the Crosstrek XV Hybrid--giving us exactly what we wanted in the price range we could afford. Walter Smith was very easy to work with and made our buying experience pleasurable. We started our vehicle search earlier this year knowing we needed to replace one of our cars at year's end. Walter was low pressure and gave us the time we needed to make the decision that was best for us. He was very detailed oriented in giving us an orientation to our new car and paired our iPhones to the bluetooth. We really appreciated that! Overall, an excellent car buying experience. More

2nd Subaru Lease We began our experience with Frederick Motor Company (FMC) over five years ago through the service needs of our 2009 Tribeca purchased at another deal We began our experience with Frederick Motor Company (FMC) over five years ago through the service needs of our 2009 Tribeca purchased at another dealership in Maryland. Over time we became loyal fans of Subaru and FMC due to the service desk and the product quality. In 2011 we leased an Impreza from FMC to replace a Honda Accord that was going to college; with that lease ending soon we were seeking something with more ground clearance, i.e., a Forester. Working initially with Andy and then primarily with Mark we arrived at the specific vehicle we ultimately drove off the lot that day. This is our second lease with Frederick Motor Company. Overall a very painless process and all the staff involved were friendly and easy to work with. We would highly recommend FMC! More

Worked with Ashley in service they checked the car eyesight system for me to give me confidence that it was working. I enjoyed working with Chris, during the sale and he went over the car during delivery. Also, Chris provided good follow to make sure all was well with the car a few days after delivery. It was a low/no pressure environment and I liked working with Chris and the others in the dealership. Finance dept. didn't pressure me to purchase an additional warranty but did ask if I wanted one, but then they are supposed to do that. More
