Couldn't ask for a better experience. Subaru Outbacks are in high demand. Even more so if you have a particular configuration in mind. We had been working with Mark for a couple of months Subaru Outbacks are in high demand. Even more so if you have a particular configuration in mind. We had been working with Mark for a couple of months as we tried to narrow down exactly what we wanted. He called us last week to inform us that a new truckload was in transit that had one model, the 2015 Subaru Outback 3.6R, that he thought we'd be interested in. Then on the day it arrived he called us and we set an appointment for 11 that morning to test drive it. We loved. A couple of hours later we drove off the lot in a new car. They appraised our old car and gave us a fair price as a trade-in and they even knocked a little off the MSRP on this hot selling model that was so in demand that another customer was hovering in the hopes that we'd choose a 4 cylinder model so he could have the 6. They then prepped the car for us, arranged the financing, and it was ours. Mark then spent some time showing us how everything works. Turns out this car with its Eyesight Technology package can do a lot! Once we were comfortable with everything we shook hands and set out on the open road for a nice drive followed by a nice dinner out. We are very happy with the car and with Mark and the team at Frederick Motor Company. Definitely would recommend these folks. More
