Awesome experience! I was not looking forward to buying a car because it has always been a frustrating experience. Rick, Kevin and Dennis were a pleasant surprise! They did everything they could to answer my questions, handle my trade-in and arrange for the delivery of my new car in next to impossible time restraints. I was used to being "just another number" at the big dealerships but here I was treated like a long time repeat customer. The pricing was excellent and they have been just a available after the purchase to answer any questions I had. I'm looking forward to using this facility for my maintenance needs as well. Thank you! They were assigned to find a manual Forester with limited color options for both the interior and exterior. This proved to be tough but stuck to the task with great tenacity despite being disappointed by other dealers that claimed to have the car in inventory. Walter kept us informed along the way and came through with the car we wanted at a fair price. When we picked up the car, Walter and the team made sure we were well informed on all details. I would recommend Frederick Subaru as a great place to purchase a car. More

Ford Motor Company figured out a way to stay in business when their competitors went running, with their hands open, to Uncle Sam and me... as a tax payer. All you have to do is test drive the Ford of your choice and you will see things have advanced. I did my homework which led to a straight forward, no-hassle negotiation. First new car in eight years… very happy! More

First Car Buying Experience that was Actually Enjoyable From the first time we met Chris Curry to the actual purchase of our 2015 Subaru Outback, the experience at Frederick Motors has been top notch. We vi From the first time we met Chris Curry to the actual purchase of our 2015 Subaru Outback, the experience at Frederick Motors has been top notch. We visited several other dealerships, both Subaru and other makes, but no one educated us on the car itself like Chris did. He was also extremely congenial, no pressure, just striving to make the process as easy as possible for us with our two kids in tow. Beyond that, everyone at the dealership is genuinely friendly, which says more than anyone's words could. Even the session with the finance manager was relaxed, not the usual tense, pressure-filled affair that makes me vow never to visit X dealership again. Finally, the two times we've had the Outback in for maintenance have been so easy. I love that they will let you make an appointment and wait, and their waiting area is very comfortable. Ashley King in Subaru service is a delight, so friendly and considerate. I could go on, but suffice it to say, my husband and I are beyond happy with Frederick Motors and our Outback. More

Very Disappointed Miserable Experience Overall concerns: 1st customer through the door with a 9am appointment and it took 3 hours to take delivery of a vehicle that had pre-negotiated pric Overall concerns: 1st customer through the door with a 9am appointment and it took 3 hours to take delivery of a vehicle that had pre-negotiated price and credit application; extreme low ball trade in value with claim that tires needed replacing - tires had 50K miles of tread warranty remaining; lack of communication between sales managers, no follow-up on experience from General Manager at the location; sales person was helpless to resolve the concern; definitely NOT a dealership we will recommend or return too. More

So excited to own my first Subaru Crosstrek! Walter was extremely helpful, easygoing and friendly to me. He took the time to sit, listen to all my requests, help me figure out financing plans and Walter was extremely helpful, easygoing and friendly to me. He took the time to sit, listen to all my requests, help me figure out financing plans and has given me extra time and advices on my best options. Walter did everything possible to get the car I wanted available quickly, instructed me about the car navigation and Bluetooth systems and personally ensured that the car was perfect on the pick up day.
