I was lucky in that the vehicle I wanted had already been reduced in price to the amount I wanted to pay, so did not have to work that angle. The trade in value they provided for my Mazda was great, hence the sale! Much happier with my purchase here than the last time at a Mazda dealership. More

Roberto was able to answer all of our questions, he explained to us in detail the different option packages, and helped us to determine which Subaru Ascent was right for us. No Pressure Buying Experience I've owned several Subaru's over the years. I wanted to look at the Ascent but decided it wasn't practical for me. After looking at the Forester and I've owned several Subaru's over the years. I wanted to look at the Ascent but decided it wasn't practical for me. After looking at the Forester and Outback I decided on a new Outback. Salesman was patience while I asked many questions and made my decision. He even helped moved my stuff from old vehicle to new and took time to go over all the new electronics to make sure I was comfortable with all the new "bells and whistles" before I left. When I first stopped by the dealership to look at the Outback, Grant spent a lot of time with me discussing the car. I told him that I was just thinking about a new car and may not be in the market to buy a car. He did not put any pressure on me to make a purchase. I was quite impressed with the car and the salesman, and went back the next day to purchase the Outback. Grant worked with me regarding the best options for me to trade my car and also worked with me with a fair price. I love my new car! I highly recommend this salesman and this dealership. They are knowledgeable about their product, supportive with the shopping experience, friendly to work with, and very fair with the cost of the vehicle. More

He delivered a high-level of service and very strong knowledge of his product. I Purchased the car there and plan to be a loyal return customer I’d highly recommend going there if you’re in the market for a car. For me , None of the typical BS, just great service. More

Grant Schley was just a great personable person to deal with every step of the way. Grant helped me afford my new car at a price I could afford. The attention to all the details was really remarkable and the time spent reviewing the key points and instructions about the car as well as time spent in and driving the car was really great and much appreciated. It was the best car buying experience I have had in my life. BAD SERVICE I was there last 11/17/2018 for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) Per multipoint report, battery performance was good but I just I was there last 11/17/2018 for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) Per multipoint report, battery performance was good but I just recently (1/3/2019) found out that there's a corrosion build up in the positive terminal. That did not build up overnight or the previous months. Most likely it had been there for a while. I wonder why the technician did not spotted that? He should see it if he really tested the battery. I ended up paying $100 for towing my Flex. Now I have second thoughts about their multipoint report. This is a VERY BAD service!!! More
