From start to finish the process was pleasant, and there was no high pressure sales. Tyler was knowledgeable, friendly and didn’t try to up sell . He listened to what we wanted. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and searched for colors, and trim packages outside of their dealership. We wanted to have a tow package installed on our new Ascent, and when I called the service department, they were expecting our call. Tyler had given them the heads up, and they already had an appointment for us, and a rental car reserved. So refreshing compared to my one and only Ford Dealership experience. Subaru, I am glad to be back!! More

Grant (and everyone we encountered) was positive , friendly, and helpful. When we returned the next day. our test drive was amazing. It felt like we were at a car show. Grant explained every feature and showed us how we would apply it to our daily drive. We had already researched the car thoroughly and loved the cars reliability and features. Grant made it so I couldn’t wait to drive it to work the next day. The follow-up and support has been great. Subaru makes a great product. Grant Schley and Frederick Subaru made it even better! More

The trade in value they provided for my Mazda was great, hence the sale! Much happier with my purchase here than the last time at a Mazda dealership. More

No Pressure Buying Experience I've owned several Subaru's over the years. I wanted to look at the Ascent but decided it wasn't practical for me. After looking at the Forester and I've owned several Subaru's over the years. I wanted to look at the Ascent but decided it wasn't practical for me. After looking at the Forester and Outback I decided on a new Outback. Salesman was patience while I asked many questions and made my decision. He even helped moved my stuff from old vehicle to new and took time to go over all the new electronics to make sure I was comfortable with all the new "bells and whistles" before I left. When I first stopped by the dealership to look at the Outback, Grant spent a lot of time with me discussing the car. I told him that I was just thinking about a new car and may not be in the market to buy a car. He did not put any pressure on me to make a purchase. I was quite impressed with the car and the salesman, and went back the next day to purchase the Outback. Grant worked with me regarding the best options for me to trade my car and also worked with me with a fair price. I love my new car! I highly recommend this salesman and this dealership. They are knowledgeable about their product, supportive with the shopping experience, friendly to work with, and very fair with the cost of the vehicle. More
