He was patient, answered all of our questions, and searched for colors, and trim packages outside of their dealership. We wanted to have a tow package installed on our new Ascent, and when I called the service department, they were expecting our call. Tyler had given them the heads up, and they already had an appointment for us, and a rental car reserved. So refreshing compared to my one and only Ford Dealership experience.
