However, the top reason we purchased the Forester was the painstaking quality demonstration of the vehicle we were considering. The explanations Grant provided were clear and easily understood. Other experiences we had in the shopping experience - in comparison - fell far short of the excellence Grant brings to the entire process. He made it seem effortless, yet we know he is well ex perienced at what he does...and it showed. The only thing is...if you want to have Grant assist you...he IS VERY busy and you just have to stay with it! When you DO make your appointment...you will have his undivided attention and assistance! We are glad we did stay with it and Grant made very much worth our while. By the way...we purchased a vehicle much more expensive than we wanted to...because the demonstration Grant provided built VALUE in the car which - in the long run - needed to be foremost in our decision. We do not regret our purchase in the least and are very satisfied with the Forester Touring, Grant Schley and The Frederick Motor Company. (*This is our 6th car from Frederick Motor Company!) More

When I arrived for my appointment, Pat and Grant had both cars waiting out front ready to go. Grant did a fantastic job explaining the features of the 2020 Outback. Compared to my 2010 Outback, a lot has changed, and he was up to the challenge of explaining everything. The negotiations and financial aspect went very well. At no time did I feel any high pressure from Grant or Pat to upgrade or purchase add-ons. Everything was great! I am pleased that Grant has made himself available after the sale to answer any questions or concerns that I may have.
